Worked as a freelancer in this platform. Very unprofessional, support team cannot even assist in simple things, they keep referring to account manager. Recently introduced another thing called composite score. That thing sucks, imagine finishing more than 200 tasks but score keeps declining. How can you rank writers who have worked for years on the same rank with beginners? The older writers are disadvantaged because of metrics such as reassign rate, cancellation rate, plagiarism rate etc. I think there should be a better metric. Another thing, these people charge very high but give writers of peanuts. For example, a client pays $120 and the writer will get $15. To make the matter worse, a small mistake and you will be fined. They thrive in making writers slaves with little pay. Very poor
The funds are held for 14 days. I dont think holding funds for 14 days really helps because in my entire 2years i did not encounter refunds. Why dont they make it 7 days or even 3,? They have also started another thing called bid per order. Very sucking, they make writers do much work for little pay.
I would propose that: they do away with composite score, reduce holding period, and increase pay for writers, you cannot charge 150 to give writer 20. It is not fair at all.

I don't have my redemption code. Unless I get it, I will be without $15 plus many hours of my time. I'm not happy.
