I ordered custom tissue paper for my winery and paid $650+. After waiting over two months, the order finally arrived — but printed with the wrong logo.
When I contacted customer service, I simply asked for a discount on the corrected order, which is standard when a company makes a production error. Instead, they told me to wait until the reprint was finished and only then would they "discuss" a discount. They also initiated the reprint automatically — without giving me the option to approve it, cancel the order, or receive a refund.
I am still waiting for the replacement.
To make things worse, I received an email implying that they were somehow the ones taking the loss and that their "resolution" was final. Here is part of their message:
"By issuing a reprint, we have already borne the full cost of materials, labor, and production… this represents a considerable loss for our company… we view it as a necessary commitment to uphold our promise of excellent customer service."
This is extremely misleading.
Noissue made the mistake, not me. Reprinting the order correctly is not a generous gesture — it's fixing their own error. And framing a customer as the financial burden is unprofessional and insulting.
At this point:
I've paid over $650
I waited months
I received a defective product
I was given no option for refund or cancellation
The company is now acting like they are the victims
And I still do not have usable product
This has been one of the slowest, most frustrating customer-service experiences I've had with any supplier. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Noissue.
