I ordered a dress and they sent the wrong one. I am trying to get a refund and they will not give me one. Instead they keep giving me offers of less than half my money back. The dress isn't even close to what I ordered. Not even the same size. They advertise "only pay shipping once", yet they tell me I have to return this wrong item at my expense. It was their mistake and I have to pay for it. They even asked me to send pictures of the wrong item which I did. I have no idea why they wanted pictures and then refuse to refund my money or even give me an address of where to return the item at my expense.
I ordered from them in July, order was late after I disputed with my bank, I finally got my order. Everything was the wrong size and quality was crap. It took 3 weeks to get a return address from them. I returned the items August 21st, here it is September 13th and nothing. They don't respond to my email anymore. 15 emails back and forth, they have my return but refuse to communicate anymore. I'm out $220.00
I ordered two beautiful tops for Ninacloak. The product I received was horrible! The fabric was cheap and they looked NOTHING like the website. I paid over $60.00 for those tops.
When I returned them I was refunded $12.11, which was almost what I paid in postage for the return.
DO NOT BOTHER TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
The clothing is nothing like the website and they do not list the fabric content. It is a shame they are able to dupe the public like this.
This is a terrible company - the clothes I ordered took three months to arrive, fabric and colours were not as pictured on website, eg, linen/cotton mix was in fact a cheap synthetic fabric. Returns procedure is complicated and lengthy. The whole process took so long I ran out of time to appeal for a refund through Paypal. Endless repeated emails have resulted in no refund from the company. There should be a means of prosecution for this type of scam.
Its a big scam, I bought clothes from website cost 180.00. They kept delaying shipment and finally came after one months. Packing was disgusting, horrible fish smell that u can't open parcel, I opened one and it was completely different from pictures, material like paper and hard, not cotton or linen, size was not even the same. Shipment was from Hong Kong. I asked them for refund via email and no reply on phone Then I involved pay pal. When pay pal contacted First they ignored then they offer pay pall to give less than half 112 and then no response. Now I am struggling with my bank. So much Hassle, first on phone with long waiting time with pay pal and keep sending email with no significant progress, seems I lost my money and no hope that they will give me back my money

This 'company's' website shows elegant women's and men's clothing at suspiciously incredible bargain prices. They are supposedly based in Hong Kong. It is a total scam. I placed an order and then realized is was a scam thanks to the many reviewers on Sitejabber! They are under investigation for stealing photographs from other legitimate websites. I spoke to a 'representative' who told me he had no record of my order number or email address. That is impossible. I told him I have the order number which was sent to my email address. My son lived and worked on the main island in Hong Kong where all the high rise apartments are and where all the major businesses were formerly located, most of which relocated to Singapore. He recently fled Hong Kong after the Chinese government takeover in a massive exodus. I asked this 'representative' about certain landmarks on the main Island near where their 'headquarters' in supposedly located in the Wan Chai section (in a spa inside a shopping mall which I know has been closed for the past six months) and a smaller island where my son also lived, Peng Chau. Hong Kong is made up of over 250 islands, many of which are uninhabited. He knew nothing about any of them. Or that there were ferries to different islands. I asked him what languages were spoken in Hong Kong and how many (five). He hadn't a clue. I asked which number is considered unlucky in Mandarin Chinese (4) and why and he was clueless as well. He started to become very aggressive and hostile when I told him to stop playing games; a definite red flag. I looked up other reviewers' comments that they either never received any merchandise from this imaginary company or after a lengthy wait, received clothing not even remotely resembling what they ordered, in many cases a torn tee shirt MADE IN CHINA. Their international hotline number is in Northern Michigan, US. My son is an expert in the field of technology and is a software engineer. He told me a classic sign of a scammer is they use two English names combined. The 'representative' I spoke with goes by the name of Carl Michael. No surprise there. He speaks with a Chinese accent and cannot write a coherent English sentence, except for the phrase 'Have a nice day!" Anyone can write that. Don't waste your money with this 'company'.
I bought $185.00 and out of 8 blouses some were very cheaply made, others small enough to fit a pre-teen or they sent the wrong colors. After several emails back and forth about wanting to exchange the sizes or wanting a refund for others. I finally gave up and stated I just wanted to send it all back and get my money. Then the next email stated they needed all the blouses on hangers and pictures taken from multiple angles so they could document if they would provide a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY if you have any good sense. Their statements, telephone number, and where you can submit a claim for a refund are all false and none of it works.
I ordered two shirts, two sizes larger than usual. They took forever to arrive and were too small. I spent roughly $55. They offered me $11USD, but I could keep the shirts! I emailed several times, asking how to return the shirts and the hoops I have to jump through, to get $11 - I think I'm going to write it off as a good lesson. DO NOT ORDER FROM NINACLOAK
Just got my shoes and they are horrible do not shop at this place I wasted my money thinking I was gonna get some good quality of shoes and they are horrible first of all wrong size they look like they made of some material I don't noe of just awful I will never buy Nina cloak shoes are anything from them ever again please beware
DO NOT be fooled to purchase from this site. 1) garment fabric is not at all as described; 2) sizing is for either children or exceedingly small (tiny) shaped person; 3) return "process" is a scam - they will offer pennies on the purchase to get you to keep the crap they shipped, they will tell you they can't refund, they will frustrate you to the max until you give up; 4) the order took so long to arrive that they volunteered a $10 credit on a future order.
I ordered about $220 worth of merchandise. They said they sent the order, but I never got it. It has been a year and finally they responded saying that they cannot refund my money because Paypal "has expired". They only offered me a voucher to purchase from their website. I didn't expect high-quality due the pricing, but from there to send a different product, all together (as I read on the reviews) is unethical.
Ordered a cocktail dress from Nina Cloak and received something completely different of inferior quality. When I contacted the company via email they responded with an apology but no refund. They would not exchange the product and give me what I ordered, instead they said to keep the incorrect order and sent me an email coupon for another purchase.

This company stinks! No customer service no integrity. They are a bunch of liars who don't care. I tried repeatedly for a month to return a blouse that they sent the wrong size. They kept sending me the same email over and over again. I repeatedly sent the items they requested but still same email came from numerous individuals with foreign names. No one was really interested in helping me, only asked for a return shipping label and a return number in their system which obviously doesn't seem to exist. I even got a response from them in Chinese! They should not be in business in the US! They are a bunch of non caring dishonest people and there is NO customer serviceā¦.
Ordered my size in tops and not one of them fit. Way too small and the quality was so cheap. I also ordered 5 shirts and only received 4. The shorts I ordered in my regular size would fit an 8 year old. I was VERY disappointed in what I received. I have requested a refund and we will see what happens. Beware they come from China and the material is third rate.

This company is so bad... I've never dealt with anything like this. I ordered in December and finally got my order in January. They sent the wrong shirt. They will not refund my money or send me the correct item. And then they want me to pay for the return postage. UNREAL!
Fabric is cheap wear it twice. Looks like you've been wearing it for years.

I had to wait for two months then when it came it was the wrong colour and I couldn't bear the shade of dirty green. Made contact and they wanted me to pay for it to be returned then they would send me a new blue one as I had requested. Then when I refused, as I'd been ripped off that way before as they never send it. Ninacloak said they would pay me half my money if I kept it. I refused as it isn't nice and not my colour. Didn't get back to me after wasting hours of my time sending photos and trying to prove it with them. This business is a major disappointment!

What a joke, but the joke is on the buyer not the seller. I imagine the seller called Nina Cloak is laughing all the way to their Chinese bank. Bought through PayPal and from the long, tedious and drawn out process I can only presume that PayPal has now gone from Consumer protection to Seller protection. These types of sellers should be dropped by PayPal like hot potatoes. After many, many emails and phone calls I have eventually got most of my outlay refunded by PayPal in the form of a credit voucher, but they are not willing to say that this seller will be dropped. What's the point of a so called consumer protection group if they are not willing to protect us without a full blown argument? My only advice to consumers is: go on to the website of the seller before purchasing anything and see what buyers report before you report. This company sounds suspiciously like a SCAM.

Answer: No, I ordered 5 tops all in XXL and only 3 of the tops fit me. The other two were too small. It took a month to receive the tops, and I have been trying for over a month now to try and return the tops that don't fit and get a refund. I doubt I will ever be able to return them and get my money back. They return address they provided me turned out to be a vacant building. They are headquartered in Hong Kong, so who do I even reach out to? Don't order from NinaCloak.
Answer: They do not give you an address of phone #, when they respond to your emails, they are very selective and when they do not have the answers, they just keep ignoring you, horrible company to make business with, stay away, I'll never buy anything else from them.
