I've placed 4-5 orders with them every order had an issue and because I am a business I preorder to bee ahead so we've n I don't receive the items I anticipated after awaiting weeks to not get what I want use a great disappointment and they don't care they gave me a store credit why would I continue to order from a company that's unreliable and has false advertisement

I dislike writing negative reviews, but after several of my colleague have experienced the same issues. I can't write a review of the product because I never received it.
This company is either a scam or does not know how to ship their products out...I feel for DHL or Fed Ex...they are getting blamed for all this companies shipping errors.
Their customer service is a circle of accomplishing nothing. I work in the Customer Service business...I wouldn't have a business if I treated by clients.
Didn't get your product...file a claim with the shipping company...even though you point out that it was their error...doesn't matter...FILE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY!
What I am noticing...every time a bad review comes in...immediately a positive review comes in. HMMMM
If you have an issue with this company...please write a review...
Stick with a good reliable company,...it is not worth any savings you might get...AMAZON, MADE IN THE USA/CANADA,UK...

Me gusta mucho comprar aquí porque tiene muy buenos precios, una gran variedad de artículos, en especial de joyería, y si los artículos llegan defectuosos te reembolsan el dinero, una vez enviado el paquete no tarda mucho en llegar. Yo ya he pedido varias veces ahí y me encantan todos sus productos además siempre están subiendo artículos nuevos

Es todo muy bonito y de calidad, ya son varios pedidos que realizo y todo muy bien y en este último el envió fue muy rápido.

El mejor proveedor de accesorios a nivel mundial, calidad, variedad y precio los distingue. Los recomiendo ampliamente.

Always happy about the service- always really fast. I never had shipping problem and Quality is always good. I like also the people, they are always sooo nice.

I never received my order & FedEx says that Nihao jewelry has to file the claim since they are in China & I'm in the USA, Nihao jewelry refuses to file the claim & wants me to prove I didn't get the package, and then told me that to file a claim with the government, total scammers. Do not buy from this company.

Nihao Jewelry apparently mixed up my order and shipped the wrong items. After creating a customer support case they acknowledged their fault, but offered only 30% refund for something that I neither wanted nor ordered.
Update 1: After a negative review and a couple of months, they provided about 90% of the initial order value as credit for my next purchase.
Update 2: When I placed a new order with the provided credit, Nihao refused to process and ship the items, saying that this is because I rightfully filed a PayPal chargeback case against them.
Since then, they harass me on whatsapp from 3 different numbers.

Ordered hats. Sent all smashed up in an oval shape. Some were too small for an adult. Extremely long shipping (2 months).

This is my 3rd purchase with Nihao...
I liked every item I have received.
Will forsure keep ordering especially gifts as price is good for bulk Qty.

Beware, if your package gets lost or stolen they will not do anything for you unless you provide a fedex claim code. The trick is that to fill up a claim you need the address of the sender which is only usa and canada (not china). Therefore, no code, no help! I recently buy from them, I was going out on a trip for 10 days so I contacted them 1 month in advance to make sure i coordinate someone to pick up my package but they assured me that none of my packages would arrive during that period. Both packages arrived during that period and one got lost... They did not refund me, gave me credit, anything. They only got me writing back and forth with them, with fedex, and with someone else on whatssap for about 8 days. At the end: No code, no help!
Buy at your own risk!

Okay company with some good products. Takes a little while to wait for products and depending on the amount purchased sometimes there is an additional charge on delivery.

Customer service answers on time, all products are packaged neatly AND they tell you if your item is out of stock and credit you.

Always really happy with my order from Nihao. Any small issues are easily fixed. The service is good and the products are good! Very pleased. I would definitely recommend.

I have search every where for the best selection and prices. Nihao has everything I need at the best prices. They are cheaper than the same products on alibaba and their shipping is alot cheaper too.
