I placed a order and paid $535 for it on January 16th. We were promised we would receive the order before Valintines Day. Feb 14th. Jane contuined to promise the order would ship in a few days. Feb 28th. When they went on holiday for China new year. The order still wasn't shipped. Which means we won't have the jewelry before Valintines Day. When jane first promised the other would be shipped and we would receive before Valintines Day. I printed out the order and had 68 customers. Waiting on the jewelry. But the other never shipped until February 6th. Which makes it impossible for us to receive before Valintines Day. Now I'm having to explain to 68 people why i didn't get the order as promised. And i have 68 customers that i probably lost for good. Because they didn't keep their word. And it makes my business look bad and undependable. Not counting the $1200 to $1400 i lost in sales. That i could have used for larger orders. I went to AliExpress and placed a order. And most every supplier shipped with in a couple days. So I'm actually going to receive AliExpress orders before i get my order from Nihoa. So if you get Jane don't trust her. Because she's out for a sales. Not for the customer placing the order. AliExpress offers free shipping on most items. Which i realize is added into the cost of the item. But would you rather here the truth. Or pay for the Truth from AliExpress.
