I absolutely can NOT believe that Nihao Jewelry still hasn't gotten the PHYSICAL address issued repeatedly to them correct. How possibly is this online business still in business? All their positive reviews must be from all their employees, family and friends... Since they are (by far) the WORST of all online businesses I'd had the misfortune to have had such a horrifically BAD experience with... Out of 95 idems purchased back in March 2022, I have not received ANY of my purchased idems totaling $511.82 USD... NEVER will I buy anything else from Nihao Jewelry, ever again!

I like the site and the items, i tear them apart to use for crafting so the quality isnt an issue, selection is fantastic. But five weeks after the order was placed, tracking number they provided just says only "label created" with a "pending shipping date". They claim to have shipped the item some four weeks ago and the estimated delivery time has come and gone by several days. If the shipping information tracking doesnt get updated with a change of status after a month in a few days, i have no choice but to dispute the charge. Customer service says "to wait" with no specific instructions. ALSO, the item inventory i order in real time shows whats available when i place the order. I order accordingly and inevitably when I FOLLOW UP to check the order, many dozen items that were able to be ordered a couple days before, are "out-of-stock" and i receive a credit for a future order for what i was charged for, but wasnt in stock (this is illegal to charge for items never shipped) but it perpetuates repeat business when in truth, any economy of bulk ordering is lost just using the credit because shipping is so damn high it eats up the bulk of the credit.

Everything I order is even prettier than the pictures online. Top of the line products at the most reasonable prices I've ever seen online. I am so elicited to get my next order of keychains can't wait

As a new business owner I'm always looking for new and fun product into my store. I ordered a "sample" of items from NIHAO, to see what the quality is like. I am VERY SATISFIED. 60+ Items I purchased, and so far nothing has bad quality m. The pricing is great and Shipped quick!

Manejan accesorios de dama y muy buena calidad ropa juvenil en muy buenos precios y de calidad con esos precios puedes poner tu propio negocio

I have had several orders from this company and generally am very happy with the product we have received. The only issue I have is their after sales service if you fine you have received a faulty item. It becomes so hard to communicate with the person who is supposed to handle your claim that I imagine most people give up. I have never received a full refund for faulty items which is not good business and considering the cost of shipping does tend to leave me feeling I don't know how much longer I will continue to shop with them.

La verdad es que son buenos productos y la calidad también es agradable. Pero, el envío es un súper problema, me costó rastrearlo al principio, simplemente por empaquetar mi pedido se tardaron 15 días o más, después el viaje overseas, también tardó como 10 días, ya en mi país llegó súper rápido. Pero entre más pides más te cobran, cuando en otras plataformas es lo contrario y hay muchos más cupones de descuento que los que te dan aquí.
El servicio siempre me atendió, pero no entiendo porque te hablan de un número y luego de otro.

I received all my items and they came exactly as described. I appreciate doing business with a company that has integrity and awesome products.

I was unsure about ordering but as soon as I opened the very well packaged items I was more than happy with the items and the quality. I got some costume jewellery for my daughter and she loves it too. The product is exactly as they look in the pictures which is reassuring when I place my next order. I might also order some things for family Christmas and birthday presents. The shipping time was as they said and customer service has been very helpful via whatsapp.

First time we are trying the app, must say they where very fast with delivery. Another bonus is that they contact us on WhatsApp to make sure we can get in touch with them, which relieves lot of worries as other sites you never get hold of any one. Truly excellent customer service, as they respond emidiatly not letting you wait 24 hr later.

Products are exactly like images, which we are very happy about, as sometimes you don't know what you're going to get, but with nihoa you know what you see is what you get. Love that about them.

I also want to state the quality of the products are very well done, as nothing is crooked or half glued. Can see time is spend into detial, which I appriciate the most of all.

I highly recommend trying them, before missing the most amazing items you might actually need sometime in the near future.
