I purchased a camera and SD card. Both came fully tracked by DPD and DHL. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

I have to say even with the slight hiccup I still recommend them. My item came 1 day late but it wasn't their fault. Understandably with the virus/pandemic we're in we can't expect everything to be normal. I was informed to allow 1-3 working days for delivery to avoid any disappointment. They tick all the boxes when it comes to trusting a company

Got a courtesy email from NDD saying the item may be delayed because of Covid and Bank Holiday weekend. Luckily my item was only 1 day late but it wasn't their fault as Royal Mail were short staffed (message on Royal Mails site). Very nice for them to have sent me that email to keep me up to date. Overall a great experience!

Buying during this cornavirus outbreak I expected their to be some problems and delays. But I didn't. I received my DPD tracking once it had been processed. My 1hr slot was available the next morning. Everything was smooth sailing. Fully tracked and efficient service!
