I wish you would not put $8.99 for a picture that shows that t-shirt. It is misleading. If it is only for small sizes, be honest and say that. $8.99 for small, 12.99 for large and up, etc. I believe in honesty. Otherwise, I like the product.
My experience is basically the same as a previous post. I placed my order on December 7, received a "tracking number" on December 10 as waiting to be shipped but my order still has never left shipping! I've made numerous attempts to contact them. Their 24x7 customer service number is BS. They took my money immediately but won't ship my order out!
I bought two separate orders one on Nov 23 for 3 t-shirts. One on Nov 26th 3 tee-shirts. After many phone calls the last order was sent to me. I received it Dec 18th. That was after many texts and phone calls. My first order. Still has not been received and it's been 31 days. Both orders the money was taken out of my account immediately. They gave me a tracking # ondec 13th and it's never left their shipping department yet.
This company's shirts are inferior and NOT as advertised. BE AWARE you CAN NOT return any items. They will give you a 50% off next purchase After 1washing in cold water and hung out to dry shirt shrunk at least 2 sizes. I ordered 2 orders on the same day received one a few days later and the other 13 days after that. After seeing how my T-shirts shrunk I knew the order would not fit. I contacted the company and asked how to return package NOT opened too bad you are stuck with their junk. Too bad I can't give them negative stars. That's what they deserve. Let's see if they have the guts to post a negative review.
I ordered a shirt for my nieces birthday we did not receive it. She was so disappointed it was for school for her 12 th birthday. Never ever order from them. When you call you can't speak to anyone either.
Horrible customer service. Shirt I ordered is too small. Keeps giving me the run around. Never again. Sam!
On August 4th I have paid for shirt. Sam kept saying I would receive it soon. Now on October 4th Sam said hasn't received payment. I sent bank statement that shows New York shirt company received payment on August 4th. Still refusing to ship or refund. I buy alit online. NEVER had this problem.
Sam is the only one who you can talk to.
I ordered 2 shirts, March (My bday) and April (dau bday) and paid on Jan. 13. By Mar 30, MANY emails, bogus shipment tracking #'s and obsurd run arounds, I disputed (thru paypal) the March shirt and was accepted and refunded. By Apr 19 no show on my daughter's shirt I disputed it but was finally given a valed tracking # but after 2 1/2 weeks was never delivered. Disputed again. Couldn't thru paypal. At this point in beyond pissed. I completely go off on Sam. 2 weeks later the April shirt finally arrived under a diff track #. NOW they are "requesting" I pay half of the March shirt that I never even got! SMH
I ordered 3 shirts almost 3 months ago. I too got the run around from someone named Sam. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I filed a complaint. Now they say they have shipped them. I have a sting feeling that they are going to be crappie shirts. This company is a disgrace to online orders They do not deserve any stars
Tried all manners to contact them but my emails come back unsent for invalid email address. Left a voicemail and got an email that their phone has "glitch". Short of taking a day or 2 to go to their place of business (if they even have one), all I can do is try to get my CC company to get rid of the charge. NEVER buy from this company. It's a disgrace.
I ordered some April girl shirts on March 1,2019 and it is now June 16,2019. I have yet to even find an estimated date for which they will arrive. I have instant messages them on Facebook and they said they had a slight delay (this was the beginning of April), but here we are and still no shirts. They can message me all day trying to get me to buy more of their products, but not give me a refund that I have asked for multiple times. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS!
I ordered a November girl T-shirt in a 5x got a small. They will not exchange or refund. Although they say 100 percent satisfaction. That is a lie. They said they can make me a new one and give me a 30 percent discount. I will have a chunk of money in a cheap t-shirt. Do not order from this company. They have terrible customer service!

I ordered 2 tshirts March 1st week, 2019. Today is May 1st. No sign of the the shirts. After reaching out to cust service on April 20, I recd an apology reg a shipping mix up. On April 22nd I recd an emailing with a UPS tracking number, informing me the pkg has shipped. I checked tracking status today, May 1st and the item was never sent to UPS. It still shows "order ready for UPS". This is a huge scam they are running. I am informing PayPal too about this.
Back in January 2019 I ordered 3 shirts advertised on Facebook for $9.95. Here it is April and I have only received 1 shirt and was charged over $44. I have emailed back and forth with somebody claiming to be named Sam dozens of times, asked for refund, etc but still haven't received other 2 shirts or refund. Have called the phone number on their website and left 2 messages but have not heard back from anybody. To top it off the shirt I did receive is cheaply printed on a very under-sized extremely cheap Concert Tee. This company is a scam and Facebook should take them down! I bought the "March Girls" Tee and 2 other birthday months for my daughters. They looked cute on the Facebook ad but I guess I am just a sucker. Shame on New York Shirt Company. Oh and P.S. my order shipped from Winter Garden, FL. Hmmmm! The following email correspondence really says it all!

Bought a shirt in which the stitching came out. I contacted them only to be ignored. After pestering them they finally did they would take care of the problem. They never got back with me! There product is made cheap. Customer service is non-existent! They lie to you!
I wish I would've did research before I made my purchase. I ordered in Feb and have yet to get my shirt 2 months later. When I messaged them their response was we've submitted your claim to our claim dept. 2 weeks later still no response. Emailed again same response. Do Not order from this company. Sad I have to give them a 1 star b/c they are definitely a no star company.
I ordered T-Shirts 3 weeks ago and can not get a person online to assist me as to when it will be processed or shipped. The shirt remains in status UNFUFILLED and it looks like i will I will not get a shirt anytime s0on because they are backed up with processing.
