I ordered 2 shirts from this company and only received 1, when I reached out to them to ask what had happened to my other shirt that I had paid for I was promptly dumped into the "complaint dept" from which I never got a response ( I knew that I wasn't going to so it was no big surprise). Save your money and don't ever buy from this company because you will never get what you paid for and no one there wants to make it right, all they'll do is take your money! 1111

I ordered three shirts August 20th as if today September 21st they still have not arrived. They sent an email saying they were shipped; but when I click on the tracking number it says they are still waiting for them to be picked up. I can not believe it takes this long to send three shirts. If it dies they need to hire more help. When people write messages like this it knocks business out. But good messages would pay for the added help. I'm tired of waiting. My next step will be your BBB

I placed an order early Feburary of 2019 was so excited I tackled it early for a shirt for my birthday in late march. I saw other reviews saying they received theirs in 3 weeks or so. So I figured it should be in. I did receive a tracking number in a week. Thought cool will be in soon. Checked tracking a week later still in process of getting label. Waited another week. Same message. So figured maybe they are very busy. After a full month (now in mid march) I messaged and asked. I was directed to keep checking my tracking and be patient. I was ok with that. I waited another week. Still on waiting on label. After reaching out again. Label was said to be created and shipment set to on it's way (it is passed my bday now and I am ok still because I am very patient. Fig I could still rock it in march) nothing else happened for 2 weeks. By now I am getting a bit impatient it is now April. I asked politely if they could tell me what was going on. (I have all messages and emails with them if you want proof) I told them it was well past my bday but wanted it anyway. They replied kindly and I waited again. A month passed nothing! Now may. I messaged again said i have no idea what was going on. Wanted to know if it was coming from China because that would be understandable. I was given some cookie cutter message then finally they said no it is shipped from USA. I asked if they are extremely busy and just didnt get to it yet. I was again talked to easily and put at ease. But I was rather disappointed and unsure at this point. Well life happened and I didnt get to them for another month or two. They sent an ad to me asking me to buy more shirts. I said hell no still dont have the one I ordered and paid 17 for (that's with shipping) so they apologized and messaged me to just keep checking tracking it will update soon. I said no, I have been told that for 5 months now. I asked to either have it sent or have a refund. They never really said anything. Again life got In way and another month or two passed. I was frustrated. Needless to say this went on until 2020 when i threatened to refund and get BBB involved. I finally got my shirt super fast. Yea, I feel they are scammers or something. Because if I had not been diligent and kept going at them like I did, they would have kept my money for no product. So moral of story... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! GO TO A PERSON WHO MAKES SHIRTS AND GET THE SHIRT YOU WANT FEOM THEM INSTEAD.

On a positive note, I do love my shirt. Just took a yr or longer to get here.

I have been ordering shirts for sometime now. They are great T-shirts. I enjoy all the different sayings, not for the month I was born. I have only had 1 issue. My order came as the wrong size. They quickly resolved it, by remaking the entire order at no additional charge. The process seems a little slow, but all made to order. The shirts are good quality also and true to size with little to no shrinking. I have at least a dozen shirts from NYShirt Company.
