Ordered People magazine three months ago and never received one issue. They don't respond to my emails. Their customer service telephone number is not live and tells you to send an email. Do not use this company under any circumstances

Placed an order for a magazine subscription. They charged my credit card and submitted the order to the publisher and then shortly after that cancelled the order. Shortly after I was charged, my credit card was hacked! I looked online and found numerous reviews describing similar issues I had including being charged and not receiving product and then having credit card hacked shortly after. Reached out to company and they were not helpful and turned the problem around on me (gaslighting) stating I was not abiding by their terms of service and threatened to cancel my order! They already cancelled my order after taking my money and hacking my credit card! Complete scam!

I purchased the digital version of the Wall Street journal and they took that payment and never gave me access. I have contacted them multiple times and they have stopped responding. This a scam. Stay away!

I ordered multiple subscriptions for my medical office waiting room back in March and we have not received a single magazine. My office manager tried contacting them multiple times and they haven't responded. Ultimately we had to charge back the order on our credit card. Such a shame there's scammy sites like this out there taking advantage of businesses and consumers.
