Have had this app for a while. Not sure why I haven't deleted it until now. News is always hours or a day old.
It's basically useless. If I wanted old news I'd buy yesterday's paper. See ya!
This app is so one-sided with their news it's unbelievable and they have put crosshairs on Governor Ron DeSantis for some reason as well. I uninstalled it after trying it for one week it was so blatant with its bias.
Keeps switching to a white screen on my iPhone 13. Restarting fixes this, but it's annoying and wastes my time.

I would never download this app for my news I deleted it a long time ago, but my sister keeps sending me their news break. I will let everyone I know to watch what kind of news they are always putting out there. When I came to see my review it just confirms I'm not the only one who thinks this news is racist. The Whataburger shooting in Fort Worth, TX. Really did it for me when the only picture of the 3 arrested was the black boys picture SHOWING. I NO LONGER SUPPORT OR TALARATE THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR! JOIN ME BAND THIS APP!

Calling people out for bad behavior is not racist. Stating facts is not racist. Critical thinking is not racist. NewsBreak is a liberal site. In America, one can run a liberal site. I enjoy noting what liberals think. I do note eventually, if I continue to debate a liberal into a corner, I will be called a racist or a Nazi. I figure I have won any debate I'm labeled as such.
I have had this app for over a year. The only reason I still have it is for occasional local story interest. Have been very disappointed in the extreme progressive left wing bias. Which has gotten consistently worse in the time leading up to the election. Bad distortions and in many Cases all out falsehoods
It's nothing, but news about toddlers left in trash cans, people getting smashed in the head with hammers and the next nuclear attack or pandemic. The app is politically and racially biased and it's sole purpose is to bring out the worst in people and make the world look like a hopeless dystopic nightmare.
I ordered these leggings because the cutouts look great. I also like that this garment has a built in undergarment for additional comfort and protection. I have worn them twice now and always get compliments on how nice they look. Very comfortable also.
News break is extremely racist against the motherland meaning Russian people. They allow morbid comments about the Russians but when you reply in counter defense they don't post your comment or they peg you out and tell you to be nice but allow others to rip apart your culture and nationality I would love to report them in for racist practices.
They are VERY BIAs for one! They also are like other social media platforms basically where you have no freedom of speech when you comment on anything! Half of the journalist on here seems like they got their degree in a Cracker Jack box and that they use voice input to write their articles and don't even bother to double check their work!
The news itself is harmless, most of the time. But for whatever reason, the comments are dominated by conservative ogres making racist comments. Any time a black person (especially a rapper) dies, you'll see several comments about "these kinds of people" and "black-on-black violence".
If you avoid the comments, this app has some potential, but it's still not a great source.
This site is a fraud. If you want to hear good news don't purchase this bs. They will cancel you if they don't like the article.
News Break censored all my comments and also all replies to my comments. Avoid this website if you want to be able to see all comments and replies to comments to the news stories because this site is very biased and censors comments.
A lot of its content is click bait and race baiting! A cesspool for keyboard jockeys to get off! Shame!
It is hard to find any stories on this site that make the Left look bad or vulnerable. This site really enjoys bashing Trump and the Right. It would be nice to see a truthful article about how Biden is a big failure and is destroying this once powerful country.
