Quality and Punctuality Failed

Although they are listed on Amazon's ebook conversion vendor page - this company failed at delivering my files in the agreed-upon time frame and the overall quality of the work was poor. I expected a few formatting errors but not human mistakes with subheadings being omitted. Communication started out great but eventually went downhill. I do not recommend this company.
