I placed an order on-line for a small tablet on-line a few days ago. I ordered it using my debt card and had it shipped to the same address as listed as the billing address on-file for my debt card.
Im a Tech Teacher and I order lots of items n-line. I only ordered the item from them because no one else had the item.
In the last several days since placing the order I got an email saying the order is on hold I need to verify my order. I did that. After doing that a day or so later I go a text message saying that it's on hold again that I need to verify my order. So I did that my text.
So I'm thinking my order is on its way. Today I missed a call. So I got another text message, email, and miss phone call saying my order is on-hold again. That I need to confirm it yet again for the 3rd time.
I tried calling them back on the 800 3 times in between my classes at school today. I could not get thru. I sent a message online, by email, as well as on the web-page.
I waited and check my order status again. Thing is still on hold. So I tried calling the customer service number again. I waited on hold over an hour. Someone finally answered and they hung up.
So this last time I made it part of one of my Tech Class. We called back and as a class on speaker phone. We waited again on hold. This time over an hour and a half.
While on hold I had a student texting the company using the contact text message too see what the order status was as well as why is my order on hold for the 3rd time.
I also had a student sending emails as well as attempting to contact them by way of there message thing on-line.
While all that was going on I called my bank for the 4 the time too see what the issue was on my order. They checked my order and it was billed by Newegg. The bank said the order had gone thru. They seen no issues on there end as well as they didn't place no holds or anything on my card or that order.
I canceled my order after not getting thru. Worst order experience ever!
I returned a product which was still on the warranty. Tell me they would make a replacement or get me a gift card from the original price if they didn't have in stock. After 2 weeks without any news, I called them and they told me my case was close, even if nothing was sent. I had to speak with them for over 30 minutes before they told me they would sent a gift card in the next few days. 3 weeks after this, received nothing, called them 3-4 times (they told me they would contact me by mail or phone which they never did), promess me the gift card, etc. Customer service from this compagny really sucks once they have your money

I never received an item they shipped. Not sure if it was UPS fault or Newegg, but Newegg refused to resend it. I've never had such bad customer service. It was 100$ Worth of items. I'm sure glad I didn't purchase something really expensive. I wouldn't recommend buying from here if you're worried about losing the item.

I received a cyberpower PC. I am very pleased with the product, the computer runs very well and is actually in very high percentile's in all the benchmarks that I run. However, new egg has not been good to work with. They delayed my shipment, and with all the problems they've been having, I just thought I'd make a review.
NewEgg should be more careful with their organization. I can only speak for delayed shipping, but that's probably just the tip of the iceberg.
I order A graphics card from Newegg the tracking number said that it was delivered but it wasn't I got in contact with Newegg filed a claim did a police report everything they asked but they refused the claim after I did everything I called UPS and they informed me that they will pay Newegg back for the graphics card but they refused to give me the money.

On September 26,2021 I bought an axle CV and this Monday on the way to work it was damaged and I talked to Newegg about the Cv axle warranty and they told me that the warranty was with the manufacturer so I talked to the manufacturer and told them about what happened and that they would make me validate the warranty and they said to talk to newegg and they only passed the ball to each other and I think that speaks ill of the credibility of the 2 companies because they tell you something they will not Comply

I ordered a desktop computer case and a case fan for a build. The fan was shipped from China, and the seller within Newegg was unresponsive to the question I asked, which was: 'what date will it arrive?'. The only response was - it's shipped. Customer service said all we can tell you is it'll arrive within a two-week window. The computer case had a front face on it with six plastic clips. It wasn't apparent until reassembly that one of the clips was broken. Instead of providing a way of replacing the front face, I was told to dissasemble the computer, find all of the unboxed and used parts, send it back, and then wait for them to send me another. Suggesting they send me a new case, I swap out the front face, and they get back a functionally unboxed product with the faulty part swapped out, was a no-go. So, two products purchased, one slow, one broken. Last time I'll ever spend money there. I'd rather send Bezos into space.

Couldn't find my $1300 monitor in shipping for weeks, would not provide me a refund until they found the box, even though both the shipping company (fedex) and the NewEgg employee both stated they have no idea where it is. So newegg is holding onto my money until they find this package, pretty cool eh? Part of their "assured customer return" system where they want to make sure I am absolutely screwed while I wait for my purchase. Oh, and the return period? Starts upon purchase, so my 30 days is almost up at this point, haven't even received the item. Pretty awful all around.

This is now the 2nd Time I have had an issue with it and wont be buying from here ever again. The 1st one. I bought a new AIO Cooler. The finish was messed up. I contacted them after 30 days ( I didnt install it right away). I had to RMA it through Corsair and then when I got the new one I didnt want it anymore and wanted a different one. So now I am stuck with it.
The 2nd time. I bought a CPU, Motherboard, and Power Supply. The Motherboard looked white ( asus z690 p) and it is actually an ugly metal look. I ( other websites said itw as black and white but I guess they meant the motherboard PCB itself). Then the Power Supply I bought cables sucked, poorly designed and too stiff. ( seasonic Focus-GX1000). Since there was so much I Didn't like I tried to return it, but they didn't want to. So I had to use the power suply didn't come with screws so they would return it ( it really didn't come with them). Then the motherboard they didn't want to return ( I was over this whole project at this point). I had to tell them the box was damaged in shipping ( which it was but I was just going to keep it until now ;) ) The CPU they didn't want to return at all and then offered a 15% restocking fee. You are the reason I am not going to use it. Why should I have to pay for it? This is why Amazon is taking over

It's been 10 days since I placed the order and shows as label being created but still waiting pickup by shipper.
DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE. DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY ORDERING FROM NEWEGG. Just pay extra and order from Amazon or something. I ordered a AMD Ryzen 9 5950X on 11/26/2021. With a great sale price and discount I paid $677.70. I even made sure it was sold and shipped by Newegg themselves to be safe. AND IT'S BEEN A NIGHTMARE EVER SINCE. They used Ontrac and I never got my package. Tracking number states it was "signed for" by a Herry H on 11/29/21. I kept looking but no one has ever seen this package. I am not Herry. I don't even know a Herry. Ontrac also stated they do not require an actual physical signature they just input a name for the delivery. Opened up a claim #******* but has been rejected twice already because Newegg keeps claiming it was delivered properly so they refuse a refund or replacement and making it my problem if it was stolen or never delivered properly. How is it delivered properly when it needed a signature and I didn't sign for it?!?!?! They are completely ignoring the police report I submitted about never receiving the item. So if you use Newegg their position is if it requires a signature it doesn't matter WHO signs for it. It doesn't have to be you. The delivery people can literally just make up names to "sign and deliver" the package and you are screwed out of your item and money if you shop with Newegg. Newegg will do everything in their power to refuse your claim and ignore you. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM YOU WILL GET CHEATED OF YOUR MONEY IF ANYTHING AT ALL GOES WRONG. Literally a game of chance with these guys. DO NOT RISK IT!

Ordered a laptop on 12/15, the next day it was moved from "pending" to "in transit" preventing an order cancellation. An hour after the shipping label was printed (again, so I couldn't cancel the order) I received notice from FedEx that "The Seller has Cancelled this shipment." I reached out to the seller on 12/17, no reply. Reached out to newegg on 12/20, they assured me it would be handled. Instead they emailed the seller who replied "shipment has been cancelled." Nothing else, no talk of a refund, an order cancellation, or a replacement, just "shipment has been cancelled." Again, I spoke with a customer service rep who assured me it was being taken care of. Still nothing, on 12/23 I opened a marketplace dispute. Now Customer Service is telling me I need to wait "7-10 business days" as "This is your first time reporting this issue." So they want to make sure the people who STOLE MY MONEY are aware that I'm looking for a refund. Attempts to understand why this is happening have been met by the same song and dance about "please wait" and "our team is definitely taking care of this." Newegg will steal your money and then tell you to pound sand. Never buy from them, and if you do, skip the customer support and just issue a chargeback.

I ordered a SSD card for a birthday gift. At checkout I was able to enter my shipping info - which I use a PO Box - PAID for the order and all was good. The SSD card was to be delivered two days before the birthday. Three days AFTER the scheduled delivery and one day AFTER the birthday, I checked on the delivery status and saw my order was marked 'return to sender' when it was in my home town! Upon calling Customer Service, I was told it was marked 'return to sender' because they don't deliver to PO Boxes. When I asked why was I able to enter my PO Box address I was told 'I'm not sure but we don't deliver to PO Boxes." Do you think anyone in shipping could've notified CS about a PO Box if that is their policy?

The first computer I received had an issue with the windows registration. I was forced to send the thing back after paying for one day shipping. I needed the computer for work and New Egg did not care. I sent it back and paid for another computer with 1 day shipping (yes, another $6K plus shipping) and told New Egg they would have to simply take a return on the computer that didnt work. They begrudgingly agreed after telling me they "usually" do not allow returns. So, I received the second computer and sent it back to the I. T. department for them to reregister all of my software and map our company drives. This is a lot of work. The new computer arrives, gets set up and is placed in my office again. Well, low and behold this second computer is missing the 2TB hard drive it is advertised as having. New Egg wants to now give me a $100 credit towards purchasing the $300 hard drive they shorted me. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS. I am absolutely appalled at the garbage they are feeding me. This is borderline illegal.

They didnt meet my minimum expectation. I ordered a particular case for an older phone. Only one out there... no replacements that I can find anywhere. They mailed it to the wrong address. Blamed it on a 3rd party vendor. Didnt want to give me their name. Working as an intermediary for them. I am sure I will get the refund in a week or so. Disappointing and profoundly irritating.

I ordered an expensive Dyson item on the big black Friday sale and received a confirmation of my order and payment, and that it would be shipped within a day or two. I never heard anything else and after a week I called them. They then told me it was being shipped 'by one of their sellers' and they would email them and get them to contact me. WHAT? Their seller emailed me and said they 'didn't have the color' in the order (there was NO choice when ordering), and they said they 'only had purple'. I told them I didn't care what color I got, and why hadn't someone contacted me and told me any of this. They had no answer. They said since I would take the purple, they would 'ship is right away'. The next thing I know, a couple hours later I received another email saying they cancelled my order! It was now too late to find this popular hair dryer/styler anywhere else; They were sold out all over and all the sale prices were over. I ORDERED THROUGH NEWEGG AND THEY TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR MAKING SURE I RECEIVED MY ORDER OR EVEN TO CONTACT ME!
There was no explanation as to why they just cancelled it after telling me it would 'ship right away'. If I hadn't called them a week or more after placing the order, I would still be waiting for something they had no intention of shipping. Suspiciously, I now see that the SAME DYSON PRODUCT IS LISTED FOR SALE ON THEIR WEBSITE, AS IT WAS, ONLY NOW IT IS $100. MORE!
They obviously are NOT sold out! I can only conclude that they cancelled my order so they could now sell the item at the more expensive price. I would NEVER deal with these people again. PLEASE, if you read this, Newegg is a huge scam and they are crooks. DO NOT give them your business.

I am going to make my long story short. Purchased a "Brand New" pc on 10/21... Received on 10/23 and that same day I called to notify of the issues. This PC had a CPU Temperature error and would not stay on passed 30 Seconds. I had to send it back which took another 5 days for them to receive the equipment. The equipment was received on 11/01, I was promised a 2-4 day process and a new one will be sent out. It is 11/18 on the day I write this review and I just received my first email from the company after my numeruos calls to inquire about the replacement. I ended up asking for a refund coincidentally the same day 11/11/21, they received word on the returned equipment. I was told the process would take 3-5 days... Once again its 11/18 and NOW is when this RMA was closed and I would have to wait ( you guessed it) another 3-5 days... Once this ordeal is done, I would have exactly a month to finalize a process that other companies have finalized in hours... This company promises call backs and emails, for nothing... If I could have put 0 stars, believe me I would. I honestly wish the CEO or someone from corporate were to take their time and read this message or even listen to their recorded calls... That company is a shame

Answer: The reason why i gave a bad review was because i ordered a phone for my wife, An I-phone 5 and NewEgg.com only sent a box with the manual and a charger for the phone. I called NewEgg.com and explained to them and they stated i needed to wait while they investigate, they never got back to me so i called them again. The person i talked to put me on hold then came back to me and stated she was checking this what was going on and kept putting me on hold for a total of 45 minutes to only come back and tell me that i need to send them a picture of the box and contents. I have no clue what my wife or children did with the box now i am screwed. 219.00 down the drain. This was the first and last purchase i will make until the get this straight.
