Have always had great service from this company
November 9, 2014

Have always had great service from this company. Items are decently priced and shipped straight away. Very well packed with tracking.

Quality of the essential oils is very nice-- they have South African specialties. The variety is big and I appreciate anything of organic origin. Buying essential oils in larger quantities saves you money.

Have not been disappointed with anything so far. However, I have not tried any of their synthetic scents so I can't review any of those.

Although the prices are enticing, spend the extra money...

Although the prices are enticing, spend the extra money especially when it comes to the EO or dilutions. They really aren't top quality, I have 5 different companies represented of the same eo in peppermint, lavender 40/42, orange sweet... Basic EOs and the lack of quality is super obvious even to children. I would say okay for soaps and creams, room deodorizers, but I have try all the latter and found that I have had to increase amounts of the oils drastically to achieve usual desired effect.
They claim to satisfaction guarantee, but that's not on"sample sizes " which in some cases are well over 50$-100$! And that's at buyer's shipping cost which is pricey because you have to send via canada post, of course to even be able to get your money back, you have to be able to reach them: 1 out every 4 times you might be able to reach online chat help in less than one hour.via phone, they are easy to reach though, friendly and helpful within the company's limitations.
For packaging and carrier oils, other items- everything seemed decent, though at the last minute I double checked with Saffire Blue for a bunch of carrier oils and butters and the price was better at Saffire Blue.
