If, I could give a 0 star I would. Trying to work with this lending company has not only been emotionally painful but a nightmare! I received a pre-approval, provided all of the requested documents as the three person team I was working with acted as if they didn't even know each other which meant I had to provide the same documents over and over. I gave the seller a due diligence of $21,000, paid for an inspection in the amount of $590, paid for an appraisal in the amount of $590 and I have lost everything. The company also conducted a rescoring on my credit score, lowering it so I am ineligible for a loan with another mortgage lender. The loan originator often would not respond to emails, calls or texts. Because there were issues with my job the I was told by the loan originator I needed to get another salaried job with benefits and provide her with confirmation of this, which I did. Conflicting estimates, the APR frequently changed. She would tell me that "this is the last information we need", only to receive another request. I was then told I needed a cosigner, which I got, assured everything that they needed from me was complete, but once again told they wanted additional information. I was congratulated in a text message about getting the loan only to be told I did not get it on the day of signing. When I asked her why? Did this mean I lost my savings ($22,000) her response was "I guess so". This is the most disgusting inhumane mortgage loan company I have ever encountered. If you value you money and would like to be treated humanely and responded to do not choose this lender.
