Hard to use. Info is all over. Nothing is clear. Support is vague when answering questions.
1st - I had months down with my Biz Email when they switched servers and had set up a system that even IT Tech would have problems navigating.
Today I found after ~ 15 years having a Biz Web Page through them. They deleted it@ www.savemoneyonenergy.com
They send almost daily request for renewal of services & many I had years ago, so they said they sent me an email 1st in ******* saying my Web Page was in danger & when push to a supervisor, this changed to Oct 2023.
This Nov I called and asked which renewal did I still need that were Critical & paid for those.
Now they are saying I should have paid for Web Page Site Renewal and after 15 day the Web Page contents get deleted.
I spent a year making my Page & took them just 15 days to Delete it! JUST WOW...
I need to find a Lawyer, for they DID NOT do "Due Diligence" making sure I knew my Web Page was in danger of deletion.
Instead they sent 1 email, they admit I did not even open. Yet they send up to 10 a month begging for Renewal Monies.
I wish they has 1/2 Star...
Terrible support staff. You better look for better options that affshoring your service to terrible quality.
Latency in verification and deployment of domain takes 24 hours
Support is subpar. I've sent a request ticket in that was never answered. I've waited for chat support to respond to a request I made only to have the tech close the chat log. It seems alot of your tech support are young fresh out of college "kids" that have no people skills and do not know what they're doing. If this kind of support continues I will look to another website builder
Problems with using the webbuilder, try and get support but no luck, contact details are incorrect and didn't do as I expected

I bought the domain in order to transfer to my current website. I seem to be having trouble doing this. I have tried entering their information in order to get it transferred but have been unsuccessful.
The domain setup process was fairly straightforward. The online Chat support worked well.
I am having a hard time getting the Domain Validated SSL set-up to open. It is a bit annoying since I think it should be a button click, otherwise fine.
My site has been down for over a month since moving to your services. Very disappointed for making the switch.
