I spent over 2500. 00 $ for web.com to build my custom website. I met with a salesman named Lee we had lunch he told me of his faith and assured me he stood behind Web.com. Lee promised that I would own my site and if for any reason I was not happy I could move site to another company. Not only did I spend 2500. 00 to build the site I then paid over 1000. 00 a month for the SEO package. I changed account managers 3 times in 6 months. Web.com apparently sent my acct to another company for management called leadstream. If I wanted to hire leadstream I would have. After changing acct managers 3xx and being unhappy with the SEO. I wanted to manage my Ppc campaign myself but web.com would not give me access. I paid web.com to setup my ppc campaign and when I wanted access to my ppc campaign they denied me which forced me to go through the verification process again. When I finally said I had enough of web.com I wanted to migrate my site to another host they did send me files for migration but then it was impossible for the other company to use them so I am now paying thousands for a new site. I used web.com in a recommendation from a business colleague and I am so disapointed in myself for allowing my company to be put in this position. Our website has been down now g oi ung in 3 weeks and the new site will not be ready for another 3 weeks. We have lost thousands of dollars.

After 1 year, no, I still was unable to transfer my domain name from Web.com to GoDaddy, who is a good host. I posted a review and received a dozen very nice responses from Web.com telling me to call in and they would help. It's a lie... they still haven't... I know that EVERY good review of Web.com on the internet... is false. Good luck cancelling... You'll need to cancel your credit card and report it stolen. Because they just forget month after month, that you've called in to cancel, which, by the way, takes 20 minutes, as they beat around the bush hoping you'll hang up before you cancel... And you'll NEVER be able to transfer your domain from Web.com... Trust me, it just won't happen. My domain name is still parked under Web.com stating exceeded bandwidth, even though i cancelled service over 1 year ago... and Even though I transferred to a good service before cancelling... Web.com refuses to release it for transfer. And calls to web.com to transfer it result in... ' I'm sorry, you've cancelled your service, there's nothing we can do.'
They hire people that don't know what their doing. Be prepared to be transferred. They don't talk to Network Solutions even though they are one company. Surveys, tons every time you call. The ABSOLUTE WORST-STAY AWAY!

I have been a Network Solutions client for a few years now and have never seen such a garbage service in the whole web industry.
The most crooked registrar on the planet.
- Their renewal fees are a disgrace. Close to 40 $ to renew a. Com each year.
- They use the dodgiest upsell techniques during your checkout process. Make sure you read carefuly and untick everything they try to add to your cart.
- Their auto renewal policy is a joke. Auto renewals quick in like 3 months before expiry.
The list is too long to be posted here. Just a disgrace of a company!

It was such a pleasure to work with her. We started one hour before you close, and ended one hour or more after you close. She stayed on the line with me without any concern through the entire experience. About 20 minutes after getting off the phone, she sent follow up notes including my To Do list. I sincerely appreciate the experience. Great employee!
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
