Overall, my experience with Neon Earth has been great. I've ordered many different items from them on multiple occasions over the last few years. Every once in a while, we run into a hiccup with quality, or some kind of print mishap, but the couple times that has happened, and I brought the issue to customer service, they remedied it for me swiftly. I highly recommend their services and products.
I had designed an image on my phone that was rather complex (medieval scroll with a poem and flowers + vines along the border). I wasn't at all sure how it would turn out when blown up to 24" x 40". The upload looked really good but I still definitely had doubts... It was printed, shipped, and arrived super fast (about a week). I was completely blown away when I unrolled the wall hanging! Absolutely crisp and very detailed. My image came out exactly as it appeared in the upload, so if you upload and it looks good, just go for the order!

Took 2 months to get a non-customized cling. I had to continually reach out. Never got communication my order had even shipped. Terrible!

I recently purchased some custom-made pillows which I designed from my artwork. I was very happy with the pillows when they arrived. The colors were vibrant and the pillows are very sturdy and well made. I also purchased the insert pillows which were vacuum-packed inside of the pillows. The pricing is very affordable and I loved them so much, I just ordered 4 more.
