UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

NCSA has the customer doing all the work. They take advantage of desperate parent wanting the best for their children. It is not at all worth purchasing. They talk so fast, and sound so promising you really don't pay attention that your entering into a binding contract. Don't waste your money like I did.
