I'M in my 7th order to this company. I'm from Canada, I pay in canadian money and the package returns to Canada. They entered the customs value in U.S. money, so I had to clear 22.82 more because of theire mistake. They refuse to admit and tell me that they are already giving us a privilege by letting us choose the amount entered in customs. Currently I'm trying to claim whit Paypal... we'll see what it will give.

It was my first order and I am very satisfied.
The delivery arrived faster than expected. I ordered mainly glass beads, carbochons and supplies for wire jewelry and I can say that the quality was very good for all ordered products.

I did not have any problems with customs clearance or subsequent fees, as VAT was already collected when the order was placed. However, the order total was also not so high that the issue of customs duties should have arisen.

So far I have placed 4 orders with Nbeads, I'm based in the U. K. so delivery from China is usually 1-3 weeks which is very acceptable. I like how VAT is added at checkout to avoid taxes and import duties being paid at delivery! Their Beads and charms are good quality and very good prices, I will definitely place more orders in the future.

The jewelry is a nice quality and came packaged very well. It did take a long time to ship, but that was explained in the checkout process online. If you plan ahead, this is a great option for jewelry at very affordable prices!
