I never received the order. It was stuck somewhere in Belgium according to the tracking. I was told to wait and wait and wait - eventually, I was offered store credit - and then blamed for having chosen a slow and unreliable shipping method! Since the shipping methods were offered by the seller one could also ask why they offer a slow and unreliable one. But, no it has to be the customer's fault. Needless to say, I am not going back there.,
Got all i ordered. However... Some of them were different colors than pics. But most of it was great. And it only took a couple of days. And so much cheaper than other stores. Will definitely shop there again
I can get almost everything i want on Nbeads. From Seed beads to seed bead containers, tibetan lobster clasp (going to use for macrame key chain), jump rings (really good quality). The seed beads colours are vibrant! Really a good place to source for DIY handicraft.

I bought a elastic cord from nbeads in March to make my own mask. Due to the impact of COVID-19, the shipment was affected. I have not received my package for a long time. You need to be patient after communicating with nbeads customer service. I finally received my package in April and made a mask. I'm so happly. Although I waited a long time, the product was very satisfactory. Nbeads gave me a new coupon after I wrote a review.

Very bad customer service! Does not respond to emails if you have a problem with your order! Also they send coupons to people who post positive reviews here, so they basically pay their customers to post positive things! Its right on the website, I have attached a photo.
