There are several errors on the site. But I contacted the via-call support service about my problems with the service, and they helped me and solved all the problems.

If you want to chat to chatbots and scammers then this is the site for you. The site is just riddled with scammers asking for your email address so they can sell it to spammers. There is also other scammer that pretend to be in your location and then try to convince you to sign up to a date id site, but they wont send you the site without (you guessed it) your email address. Also it has terrible ways to cancel membership. What website asks you to call a 1800 number just to cancel? Come on.

Do not commit any money to this total rip off site. I signed up for a one day subscription in a moment of madness and did not see anything on the sign up to say it was an ongoing subscription, I mean it was for one day! Next day I was charged $45 for another month. Sent an email asking for a refund and they refused. Sent another email demanding a refund for a service I wasn't using and surprise, surprise... no reply! Please do not get sucked into this money making rip off!

You can't cancel on the site as when to try to cancel it does nothing at stage 4 when you confirm.
I've contacted my bank to report fraud.
