I purchased an item from them early September. I received emails. It said it was shipped. UPS states a label was created that they never received it. They will not refund and I have not gotten my product.
Do not waste your money. How do I file to get a refund?
I ordered four bottles of bone broth from this website, but the order was extremely late. I complained with the customer care, and they said that I had to wait just a few more days to receive everything. Still, the order didn't arrive. I complained again with the cc, asking for a refund. I did not receive any answer nor refund.
Я не знаю, настоящий ли это магазин и отправлял ли мне кто-то правда товар, который я купила и оплатила, но факт остается фактом: прошло больше 2,5 месяцев, а посылка так и не пришла. Вернуть деньги не получилось! Они делают совершенно все, чтобы затянуть процесс и не возвращать средства.
