Stay away from Naturalizer. The quality of their offering has been steadily declining for manybyears now and forget getting any kind of cistomer service from them. Their staff are very rude and no one knows whats going on. Email and phone service type are handled by completely different groups. Emails are never responded to and phone calls are "escalated" to nowhere. They do not care about their customers. Dont waste your time, your money, or your sanity.
Thanks Naturalizer. I got my package of 3 pairs after 15 days. I love the shoes. Very classic. But you sent in the notification of delivery when I got the package already.
And hope you can do better on packaging next time. It was damaged.
