Not having seen the reviews below, I ordered 5 items and had the same experience as everyone else. The internet image does not accurately represent the articles; the fabric is nothing you have ever encountered - not cotton or polyester or paper or plastic! They are uncontactable in every way except email, won't accept returns, and won't refund. This site is a disgrace and I am reporting them to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. I'd be grateful if other dissatisfied consumers would follow suit. Perhaps we will have some success if we make enough noise.

Once you make your order you realize it's from China. I made an order back in March and have received nothing. When ordering online do your homework. RESEARCH!

Sold me products that are see through and can't wear. When you ask for a refund you have to pay return shipping fees which and they give you some ridiculous address in China to return items too. They even advise that returning pkgs get lost all the time then they offer you a mere 20% of your purchase back and you can keep the clothing which doesn't fit you anyway. Do No Waste your money on this site. Sizes are not US sizes either they are way smaller.

I ordered over 200 dollars worth of merch. After a week they sent me tracking numbers, and said it was three different shipments. After three weeks I had not received anything. Due to COVID-19 I assumed. But I checked the tracking numbers. All showed shipped from China. All showed either in Jamacia NY USPS or NY FedEx. Fedex says the tracking number provided is NG. USPS says they show a third party has not given them the packages and that was three to four weeks ago. I think the whole thing is a scam. I would recommend never to do business with this scam company!

I ordered a yellow linen dress with lace/eyelet detail. Original price $140US, on sale for $42. The dress is the same quality as a halloween costume from Walmart. It's is not cotton or linen. There is no lace or eyelet stitching - THEY PRINT A PICTURE ONTO CHEAP FABRIC!
I enailed immediately for a refund, with details, order number and pics. They dragged out giving me the address for 6 days.
The refund address is laughable. It literally says "about 200 meters east of this intersection". And "note returns often do not make it to us, and take a long time" longer than their 15 day policy, which they've already wasted six giving you the address. It's in China (shock) and shipping return runs $96-$165 cdn.

They are con artists. They post a pic of a great dress. Then the make something that almost resembles it, and know that it's not worth it for you to return it. DO NOT BUY.

I received my order yesterday. I do not have words to express how dissatisfied I am with the products. The dress has no shape to it and is poorly made. As for the T-shirt, the style is much different than the pic online. It's just a basic tshirt with a sticker on it that looks like it will fall apart after the first wash.

Unfortunately for me, I read your reviews a bit too late. Everything negative that has been posted is completely accurate. Rest assured, I will never order anything from Narachic.

It took FOREVER to receive the order, when I received it months later - it was TRASH! They should be shut down for scamming customers the website displays desirable fashions - yet the product that you finally receive is simply TRASH. WHY SCAM CUSTOMERS I hope everyone reads this review because I am giving this piece of crap to my Doberman to sleep on in his kennel.

I'm reporting your HORRIBLE SCAM TRASH COMPANY to my credit card company ASAP

I ordered items from this site and canceled my order 15 minutes later but the cancellation was ignored. They sent me garbage clothing that if washed would fall apart, the items look nothing like the items online, the internet has been blowing up the last few weeks with others who have the same experience or never received their order at all. I am now being told I have to pay shipping on items I canceled. If you check the Facebook page they created they have stopped people from posting reviews because it's a scam and not one person is satisfied with their order. Their last response to me via email (the same email I canceled my order to and have been receiving emails from daily since I escalated this issue with my payment provider) told me several times they will refund minus shipping costs once they receive the items back and then proceeded to tell me the return of the items is highly unlikely and I am unable to send via UPS FEDEX or any other shipping method that could provide me with confirmation of delivery. Needless to say this is still ongoing and if at anytime the company decided to go legit and take steps to resolve this issue to my advantage I will write an updated post. However as it sits today this company has only a bad reputation online and had no intention of providing a quality product. I have also reported the Facebook page as well.
