On the 14th January we ordered a Nandos meal for our family, was going well until my wife found mixed with the Salad a partly crushed garden snail! It has put the family off Nandos for good, we reported to deliveroo who were fantastic, they stated we would be contacted by Nandos as it was such a serious matter, that never happened. I contacted Nandos uk which took ages for a response but all they were interested in was the receipt initially. After some time we were then offered a £15 gift voucher which is just a joke. So all I can do is spread the word, watch your salad and hope you enjoy your Nandos as we are done.
We just picked up an order Half chicken with two sides of peri peri fries n rice.
Got home, open the package, the chicken was charred and carbon all over. Horrible.
The chicken was tasting so bitter with all the burnt portions.
Never going to order from Nandos again

We love Nandos -- but the last few visits have been terrible.
The food arrives in minutes (thats why its cold), but its worrying when it comes to poultry in particular. Chips are at blanched stage- had to send them back a couple of times!
Service is there if you look for it.
Terribly disheartened, and actually even the chicken looks smaller!
Its not cheap, and unfortunately standard is dwindling
I have been to Nandos many times as my friends love the place, food is seriously overrated and do i really want to have to refill my own cup whilst eating out, i may have well stayed at home with a KFC
