I should have trusted my instinct and not ordered from this "company." Item was slow to ship and when arrived wasn't even the color that I ordered. All responses were curt and as if he couldn't be bothered. Please don't give this person your hard earned money.

I thought I had finally found a pair of decent blue Levi's 560s since being discontinued by the manufacturer. I purchased one without prior knowledge of any incidents. It took them roughly five business days to ship.
To my surprise, when I opened the padded Priority Mail envelope, nothing but a faded black pair of jeans! Baffled as to why, I decided to see if anybody else encountered this same scenario. Seems like I'm not alone based on some of the reviews.
I contacted the company and explained the mishap. They let me send everything back with a prepaid label and a copied invoice. It was returned on a weekday morning.
Days went by without a refund. After waiting roughly seven of them, I composed an e-mail inquiring about the status. A response was written, instructing me to give them a tracking number, quantity, style, and size. They then went on to say it must be inspected. May I ask why? It's not as if I'm going to bother trying them on, let alone wear them out.
Well, after an additional week of complete silence, I followed-up before letting the payment issuer handle the transaction. Luckily, I was credited in a prompt manner. All of these events took place within a 30-day period.
What in the world is going on with Name-Brand-Jeans and mailing the wrong clothing? Are they colorblind? From what I gather, this isn't some one-off thing. I would've been content had they provided me with something lightly used in the right shade, but this was not the case.
The way they conduct business is highly questionable, regardless of whatever's stated in their Terms of Service.
I missordered the item but they helped me resolve my error and got me the jeans i wanted. Fantastic. Plus they are able to find the 560's i wanted when they are getting so scarce. Highly recommended.
I went on line and bought a pair of jeans like I buy a million other things. I didn't think to dig into the "terms of service" section of their website to see if the jeans were new or not (especially since I was paying a little more than the typical price for new jeans). The jeans they sent were well worn and barely better than the ones I was no longer using.
I sent the jeans back according to their return policy and no refund posted for about 10 days. I sent a follow up email and got a robo response so I called. The guy I talked to wanted my USPS tracking number for the package so "they" (whoever "they" are) would know what I sent back. I thought the order number would be sufficient. He was no help and suggested I send another email... I did... and got another of the same robo responses... These folks are dishonest or incompetent... or both.
Called about Levis jeans. They said good as new. Received them and they had grass stains on them. And they were well worn. So I sent them back for a refund... They received them on May 5th. I had to get Paypal involved because they hadn't reimbursed me. Finally reimbursed on June 3rd. Terrible Service.

I was skeptical about purchasing Levi's 560's because there out of production, and nobody has any left. There were some bad reviews too but I took a chance anyway. On 4/24/20 I ordered 3 pairs, size 33x32. On 4/27/20 they came to my door in California. Fast! The Jean's were 9 out of 10. Probably not new, but really close. No defects, no discoloration, no rips tears, etc. Practally new. If your desperate like me for the continued wearing of the 560 line, the I highly recommend given my experience with them. I took the risk for you... go ahead and do it before there all completely gone!
Best Levi's jeans site. I was so disappointed that Levis discontinued the model 560. What a nightmare trying to find them. But I did some research on the Internet I purchased two of them. In my exact size because I've had them before. So happy I almost don't want to write us review and have people read it because I want to have all of the 560 jeans come to me. Because I think the best fitting. Super comfortable. I better buy some more before they run out. Thanks for the great service. Levis Corporation made a mistake by discontinuing the 560. They have a big selection of Levi's Jeans and even had some hard to find styles like Levi's 560 that are sold out everywhere!

I bought a pair of discontinued Levis 560 comfort fit stonewash blue in size 33 x 30. A week later I received a pair size 36 x 30 in light blue. I called the company and they said to mail them back and they would re-send the correct size. I had to ship them back at my cost because they claimed they don't have an ability to send me a return label. I returned the jeans and asked that they credit my card for the shipping cost since it was their mistake. A week went by and no jeans. I left three phone messages and an e-mail message on their on line form to check my order. I never heard back from them again. COMPLETE RIPOFF! I contacted my bank and requested the charge to be reversed. Lesson learned, I should have checked to see if they had service complaints and now I see several. I plan to file a complaint with their State business licensing division and hopefully someone will investigate this company. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
Love Levi's 560's - which they discontinued. Ordered 2 pairs from NameBrand and then found this review site after ordering but prior to delivery. Really thought I had wasted money. I didn't. Size and color were exactly as ordered. Delivery in 5 days. Excellent quality and no defects. Don't doubt the veracity of other reviewers, but my experience was totally positive.

I purchased TWO pair of BLUE jeans for my husband. I got an email confirmation of my order. This pictured both jeans being BLUE. When package finally arrived which was 3 weeks later with no updates in between of status. I received one black pair of denim and one blue pair. The black pair are damaged in rear seat pocket. I sent them a note letting them know of THEIR error and they told me to mail them back for a refund. Even though this was their error I am supposed to pay for shipping costs. They did not even apologize. Buyer beware. These are NOT new jeans and they less than good business practices
We bought some jeans from these folks. The one pair was not what we ordered and was used, like obviously used, dirty spots all over them. When we asked to get our money back they need the jeans back and won't pay fro the shipping back. Like I said bad way to do business!
I ordered two pair of jeans from this company. They only had one in my size so they decide to send me that pair and another that was not my size. Why they would that makes no sense to me. When I called to explain to them that one pair of jeans were the incorrect size they said oh yes we know but we only had one in the correct size. I told them I wanted to return the jeans they said to ship them back. I told them this was their error and I would ship them back but they needed to pay for shipping. At first they refused to pay for shipping then finally agreeded. They said they would send me a return label but I had to print it out in 24 hours and they would not resend it a 2nd time. I told them to wait until Monday when I could print out the label. Monday morning I sent them an email asking to send the label. No response. Tuesday I sent a second request. No response. Wednesday I sent a third request. No response. I am now stuck with a pair of useless jeans in the wrong size. I will never order from this company again and I advise anyone else to beware if you order from them as who knows what size you may be sent.
I purchased a pair of Levis 569 jeans for around $40.00, which is close or the same as Mary's. Only difference is that Macys doesn't sell irregular jeans. Irregular jeans means that it has imperfections and Levis cannot sell them as perfect jeans. They used to sell them at the Levis stores but my longer do. If your not sure if you have bought these jeans just look inside the jeans and check the left pocket, it will be stamped there with a code to tell you what's wrong. Won't shop there anymore and am sure they are breaking the law by not disclosing the fact.
