Avoid this brand at all costs!
I ordered a PS5 Nacon Revolution Pro in January directly from the Nacon website. It arrived with defective sticks. Well, it happens, I thought. Let's try again.
I ordered another one, but it arrived with a defective plastic cover. I returned both in one package within 2 weeks, I had to pay for return shipping. Several times I was assured that I would receive a full refund including the shipping cost.
It's the end of March, 3 months have passed and I'm still waiting for my refund. My emails are being ignored, chat support is beyond useless. There is no phone number to call.
I am forced to take legal actions (police + lawyer) and go to court.
Same as the other reviewer--Customer service is non-existent. Wont help or respond even after giving receipts and pictures of box, going through all their "tests" DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
