Very good and fast customer service who are willing to help you as quickly and best as possible. In my case, issue with Klarna who sent reminders to pay for something I had sent back in a separate shipment. NA-KD confirmed immediately and made sure that this was fixed, saving me a lot of time and frustration.

I've been in contact with costumer service a couple of times now and every time I've got the help I needed. The costumer service agents are also very kind.
Besides that the packages gets delivered fast and the free returns are just great!

Lots of great stuff, good prices and quick delivery. Very helpful customer service. Only one problematic thing is return, there is no enough drop off parcel shops near me. It should be possible to return via Royal Mail.
