Can't find my packages, the site keeps running me around in a very uncomfortable direction. Now I fill ripped off, for almost 80 bucks. And proof of purchase, really,
I instinctly knew when I clicked order that I was being stupid - and I was right. Multiple pictures of nice looking tents - great I thought, just right for the grandchildren to use in the garden. I know better than to respond to this rubbish - but they got me hook line and sinker. As a reminder to not be so stupid this was ideal. LESSON LEARNED.
Could have bought on Amazon $8.99. This was a total scam, advertising family tent, not like any picture viewed

I did it a purchase a few weeks a go and never send me the box and neither answer my emails, I wrote them around 10 times and nothing.
They are just a thieves. Don't do business with them
About a month ago I purchased a $50 apple box. I just received it. My son was so excited. When we opened the box it did not have any items related to apple what so ever. We go two fidget spinners. Yay! I could have bought those for $5 together at the dollar store but paid close to $80. I emailed the company with no response. Pieces of crap scammers. Don't do it!
Ordered 2 mystery boxes on July 14,2020. I paid $140.00 for next day service and left a $5.00. As of today and after over 10 emails to the company I still have not received anything. This is a scam don't do it
Ordered package of $20 on 5/12/20 and as I'm writing this it's 7/4/20 package has not arrived at all no information of the package no order number nothing customer service doesn't work. Never ordering from this site again and I hope everyone doesn't either.
These guys will take your money and not even send you order details. The customer service is ACTUALLY non- existent... like there is no person actually running the site. That... or it's a bunch of barely competent seven and a half year olds.
Stay away
I ordered a medium sized digital mystery box and never recieved anything. When i contacted then about a refund i never got a reply. Most of the payment options they provide wont help with a refund unless contacted by the seller. Stay far away from this buisiness.
I ordered back in December (an order totalling over 100 dollars), and I still haven't recieved it. I've been emailing them since and all I get is "that's a postal service issue, not ours. Take it up with them." Currently disputing that transaction.
Spent $50 on a gift for a woman and receive a $5 pink fidget spinner. I emailed them and they will not respond. I then looked them up with the BBB and other people literally had the same complaint as myself. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! They are a complete scam.
I bought the Apple 49.99 box I paid almost 60.00 in total for 2 day shipping after weeks of waiting on my box i have emailed them twice & I still haven't recieved anything from them so please don't let these people steal your money... seriously a scam!
Without a doubt the worst purchase I have ever made. They sell small, medium and large mystery boxes for $20, $50 and $100 respectively though I suspect the odds or getting any items worth having (if any are to be had at all) are the same regardless of what tier you purchase. I figured the items would at least retail for close to money spent but not by a long shot. I purchased the large box and got a pair of super cheap polycarbonate sunglasses that are so cheap they don't even have a brand name printed on them, not even one you've never heard of, and a fidget spinner. You could purchase these items from any dollar store for under $5! On top of that, they list an email but you can hang up getting a reply. DO NOT PURCHASE from mystery-boxes.com!
