I ordered a Louis Vuitton Damier Neverfull and did NOT get the bag showed on the web site! Misha (the sales person) for the company said that the pictures were from the actual bag, but it was not what they sent. I sent $ 214 for a bag that did NOT come w/ authenticity card nor the carebooklet. VERY DISAPPOINTING so DO NOT order from this web site.
