I have an issue with the fact that there was nothing telling me pricing at all untill ive spent over an hour building my resume, Your pricing and fee structure needs to be upfront, currently it is very shady in my opinion since i thought it was going to be free, if i was told upfront i would have still paid but i dont feel the greatest about your company and service after i have to pay or lose my work when i wasnt told this up front

I found it VERY disappointing that I spent a tremendous amount of time making this resume only to be told, AT THE END of the process, that I would have to pay to actually get it. You might say 2.95 is a small price to pay, however, I've been out of work since 11/1/20 and don't have a lot of financial resources at my disposal. I do not mind the 2.95 or even 5.00 would be fine to pay for my resume. I do not like that I have to cancel so I am not charged the 34.95 or whatever it is. I don't need to make a resume every month, so I find this bothersome. I just want a one time resume charge.
