These losers got flagged by my bank for fraud, and then called me to inform me that I owe them 170 dollars for products delivered weeks ago. No email has been sent to me other than the initial receipt which only has a tracking number. I would never buy a thing from these absolute scam artists. Customer service is terrible as well where they can't do anything they send thier report to an escalations team and someone will call back. Absolutely pathetic.

By ordering a 15 day sample supply, at no cost, and waiting 11 days for the package to arrive, I found myself subscribed to a monthly supply of candy. These gummies gave me no relief for my pain symptoms, they tasted like candy, and that is likely what they are. I then found myself locked into a monthly subscription for about $80.00US, which took several emails to stop, but after paying for the shipping on the samples, AND the first month of the supply contract. These guys move fast in the candy business.

All I have to say is that it is bad. Everything about it is bad. The product doesn't work. They tell you it's a free sample. They tell you to call back in 14 days to give your review. So logic would be you would call back by no later then the 14th day. Instead once calling customer service not only were they rude but then they tell me I had to call have called by midnight of the 13th day. And now being charged for said free trail. Then because the customer service rep didn't like what I said they just hung up on me. Don't waste your time or money on this crap

I don't know who they think they are but you do not call customers (whether current or past customers) and because the conversation does not go their way, they have the right to just hang up the phone in clients faces, very rude, very poor customer service and disrespectful; horrible business practices, no ethics what so ever. False advertisement for the free 14 day trail and the picture of the product is not what I got, it was supposed to be the Keto gummy bears and instead I got these natural pure pills... scam %100. I called right after my so called free trial was told everything was canceled not to worry and now 3 months later they call me to say that I owe them money. I have an email proof that it was canceled and nothing was owing but they say it is not true it can't be... Stay away trust me not worth it at all; product doesn't even work... very upsetting all together.

Again and Again credit card charged from companies their Customer service don't even know about Got sample same day got invoiced for a year supply No one answers e Mail from any company Mastercard useless to far behind Cancelled credit card. They also hang up on you On Facebook with Shark Tank Cancelled by phone and e mails didn't help

This company may operate within the limits of the law, their business practices are questionable. Not sure how the product compares to others but I would STEER CLEAR of any dealings with this company - either by phone or on the internet!

Horrible business practices, no ethics, no transparency and they do not even let you write reviews on their website!

Just because I checked their ad they called me on may 10th and offered to send me a product for 14 days trial for only the shipping cost. I asked for 1 product they sent me 2 different products. I recieved the products on may 20th. At the same time my sister mentioned she got this product and it wasn't good. I found a charge of $118 for 2 supplements on my account. I called them and they said they charged me because trial peiod ended. $118 for 2 packs of supplements. Unbelievable.
And i asked to return the product at first shecsaid you can return unopened product, and I said ok I'll send you the unopened product, and all of the sudden she changed her words and said, no you might not get your money back because you didn't tell me your products are un opened.
Honestly they are scam. My mom used the supplements my sister got and she gor rash all over her body.
After that trial purchase I haven't even recieved a confirmation email from them and I just realized I'm not the only one, apparently this is their way of stealing money from people's accounts.
My lawyer is working on their case. Do not buy from them.

This review also goes for ultrafittrim.com and ultrafittrimstore.com - same experience as other users. Trial received, but no email comm ever received - they keep deducting funds constantly despite sub being cancelled via phone (at least that what they say). Terrible company, and have been reported to bank and on trustpilot.com

I subscribed for a couple of health products and unfortunately I did not cancel within the 30 days so they keep billing my MC for product I don't want. One time I refused to accept it at the post office and it was returned. I was still billed. I spoke to someone in June to cancel, but it wasn't recorded on my account. I didn't know that I should have asked for a cancellation number. The company has many, many names and phone numbers. Some names are Ultra Fit Trim, RK Health sho Plus, O Valley Body nd Award Pre Workout. They have all charged my credit card. I had to change my credit card to stop being charged.
They have many different phone numbers. Unfortunately the calls all get routed to one place where the agents are TERRIBLE One woman wouldn't let me speak, she was determined to finish her script. I asked to speak to the manager and not surprisingly, I didn't get a return call. Another agent wouldn't send me an email confirmation of my cancellation number and there were roosters crowing in the background. Not very professional!
DO NOT BECOME ASSOCIATED WITH THIS/THESE COMPANIES! IT'S LIKE FRAUD TO KEEP BILLING ME FOR A PRODUCT THAT I DON'T WANT. CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL.!
