As the other reviewers I ordered a Splash waterproof drone with and upgraded HD camera and spare battery. More than 3 months later I have received nothing. Emails to the company receive an automated response with a link to an order tracking which states the order is being processed. Later on the link stopped working and email are not responded to. Do NOT do business with this company or you are certain to lose your money! 1 star rating is one too many.
I ordered a camping tent online from mymomodeals in July 2018. They charged my mastercard, but never delivered the product and did not respond to any form of communication (email, voicemail, messages through their Facebook page.)
I have reported them to the BBB and filed a complaint with my Mastercard to try to have my money refunded.
I ordered a drone and extra batteries on 5/22/2018, after six or seven weeks I inquired where my order was and they replied they were having problems with customers orders from the factory. I followed up after ten weeks and now they don't respond to my emails or phone calls! Nothing! $73.97 for the drone and $24.95 for the batteries I'm out $98.92 total
