I was charged USD 29.99 without clear notice or my proper consent. The payment was deducted automatically, and I was not informed properly before the charge happened. This experience was very disappointing and felt misleading. I request a refund and better transparency regarding subscriptions and auto-renewals for customers.

This website charges you less than 1$ for a quiz and than charges you 50$ for a subscription you didn't even choose a week later. Stay away from this scam!

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. This company is a scam. I have been trying to cancel my subscription, but their support team refuses to process it. They use delay tactics, asking for the exact same information (card details, name) over and over again, even after I have already sent it multiple times. They are deliberately stalling to keep charging my card.

I had to contact my bank to block them. Their "customer support" ignores direct requests and just sends automated templates to waste time. Stay away from this service!

I want to share my experience with MyIQ / GameIQ to warn potential users. I initially signed up for two IQ tests that were supposed to cost $0.99 each. Since June 2025, my PayPal accounts have been repeatedly charged $9.99 multiple times per month, and additionally an unauthorized €29.99 charge was taken from another PayPal account. If I hadn't caught this in time, I would have paid nearly €200 for something that was meant to cost just $1.98.

Despite contacting their support multiple times, I have received only repetitive, formulaic responses, and my refund requests have not been fully addressed. I have attached my PayPal transaction history showing the unauthorized charges.

I am reporting this issue to PayPal, EU consumer protection authorities, and national law enforcement, and I am sharing this publicly so that others are aware of the risks before using this service.

Scam. Just a scam, I have reported all their social media platforms, I have reported their website to Google, Microsoft, Firefox, and I have also emailed the Abuse Complaints for their Registrar ICANN.
Many users (including myself) have been charged repeatedly after taking a so-called "IQ test" without ever agreeing to ongoing payments. The site provides no legitimate company name, postal address, or clear cancellation process, and customer "support" operates from suspicious domains *******@http://support.wrld.net (http://support.wrld.net), which are unrelated to the website's domain.
Attempts to cancel or contact the company result in automated or fake responses. This behaviour is consistent with subscription scams and deceptive payment practices.
I have been charged $9.99 AUD since July this year I was completely unaware.
I plan to continue to post this on as many review websites as I can.
