The whole process was very easy and the course was very informational. The time it took to take the course and the ease of paying for it. Made it all worthwhile.

I was apprehensive about doing a defensive driving program; thought I knew more than enough about driving; but actually learned quite a bit from the course; things that I can use in everyday driving; and would recommend it to others. The Improv was easy to follow and use; more than happy that I chose it; and would recommend it to others.
