Habe durch My Heritage viele Infos zu meiner Familien Geschichte Gefunden. Leider nicht so viel wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte. Dies liegt aber an manchen Vorschriften zum Datenschutz. Der Gen Test ist zu empfehlen genau wie die Fotobearbeitung.

I love the colorization and enhancement part of the My Heritage app. It is the best photo app that I know of on the internet. The eyes are most profound. I have also used the Deep Story feature on the app. It too is the best that I know of to make ancestors come alive to tell their stories.

I had multiple problems with the site since 20 of October, I couldn`t connect, had to change my password 4 times, it took technical support several days before i got an answer, than mt home page wea stuk, and during the whole period Instant Discoveries had a bug.

Je n'ai jamais été en rapport avec un membre de ma famille proche, mais ce n'est pas le site qui est en cause.
J'aime l'arbre construit petit à petit. Mais pour avoir une vision complète il faut passer beaucoup de temps et parfois cela devient inutile: Par exemple l'oncle de la tante etc... Trop lointain comme ancêtre direct et les descendants. Je vais m'arrêter là parce que je n'ai pas le temps.
Las evaluaciones étnicas de MH difieren bastante de otras páginas y como así de las investigaciones genealógicas que las acompañan, que si coinciden con otras páginas.
El caso latino americano es el mas complejo, en que la etnia nativa está ponderada por mas del 30% en relación a otras páginas. Sucedía en la version 0,95 y la actual.

J'apprécie tous les outils de ce logiciel pour la gestion des 2700 membres de mon arbre, cependant j'aurai quelques remarques et propositions à vous faire:
- Le prix de l'abonnement annuel est exponentiel: à un moment, je ne pourrai plus payer, ce qui n'est pas le cas de vos concurrents!
- Malgré l'interdiction de la vente des tests ADN en France, il y a toujours le moyen de contourner cette loi injuste et continuer à gérer cette source d'information: même si vous bloquez l'achat des tests ADN à partir de votre site, pourquoi vous ne continuez pas à proposer des outils pour gérer ces ressources? En particulier, pourquoi ne peut-on pas importer le résultat de tests ADN d'un compte MH à un autre?
(j'ai acheté deux kits avant l'interdiction sur deux compte différents: je ne peux pas importer un kit dans un autre compte!)
- Il n'y a pas assez de présence de MH sur les salons de généalogie en France.
- Vous ne proposez pas assez de webinaires, notamment sur la gestion des résultats de test ADN.
- Il n'y a pas de Forums dédiés pour gérer certains problèmes ou trouver des généalogistes.
Con frecuencia encuentro y My Heritage envia muchas mas raices de mi familia, descubriendo personajes en relacion directa hasta en los años 900, asi como parientes de ellos no menos sorprendentes, mientras que con mi busqueda refuerzo mi ascendencia directa y actualizo mi descendencia que sigue creciendo. I recently upgraded My Heritage in which I was assured that my research would now draw from five separate databases. However, I have not noticed any difference in performance. I am VERY disappointed that my extra $$$ invested in this "upgrade" have been wasted.
The customer handler really knew his products and what his customer's needs were. Very respectful of requests to explain new product offers, options for the future and provided sensible offers. Gave the customer time to absorb the information being provided which enabled the customer's decisions to be easier.
Answer: My issue was the automatic renewal without any kind of courtesy reminder prior to the effective date, as other businesses do. Advising one year in advance is a poor business practice. When I contacted them immediately on the renewal effective date, they refused to cancel and offered me a 25% discount. They eventually gave me the full refund but it was due to me turning it over to AMEX to resolve. I do however agree with the advice to base your renewal on your own personal experience.

Click "View details". The details contain section "Cancel subscription". Maybe you can get advice by mail from MyHeritage support team ([email protected]).

They are highly Sloppy and unprofessional in responding to customer request for assistance. Even though they have and excellent Technical Team. Fortunately I have another Computer with Windows 8 as a result of which I am able to continue working with my Website. But recently a few problems have cropped up with the recent upgrade of the My Heritage Program and have sent in a request for assistance and till today 3-5 months later I have no response. Apparently the company believes that they can play games with the customers. I firmly believe that they have somehow gone into self destructive mode.

Answer: Hi After posting my complaint about MyHeritage on here I got a very quick response from some one called Dave at the company. He told me to send an email to [email protected] and add the subject Dave: sitejabber. He responded a couple of days later - I emailed on a Saturday - and the auto repeat on my subscription was cancelled and my money refunded within days. Hope this helps.
