I placed a same day delivery order for cake and flowers for 12 - 3 PM slot. The Order was not just delivered. Also the status was incorrectly updated at 11:30 PM that the order was delivered.
Most Fraud website. No customer care whatsoever. No one replies to feedback.

My flower tree is fraud and their customer service do not pick the call. Payment has done it does not shown the order. Items ordered was never delivered and no one bothered to pick the call or refund. There is no cancellation or refund option either. This app is total bad and upset your day. You have to keep texting no one will reply or call back. You just pay after that no response. Delivery hasn't attempted but got an email saying that receiver not responded I was their with my husband the whole day he didn't receive any call. Which is not fair to blame someone for their fault.

They will show you that your order will be delivered in 3 hours but once you place the order it will get delay and delay. Customer service is terrible, you will keep texting they wont reply. Number is also not in service. Total waste... Pathetic...

It must be so hard to make such complicated flower arrangement of 200 roses. But you did it thanks tahnks thanks

Extremely disappointed with the service. No timely delivery and No option to contact through phone or message, no timely response, no proper update about order status. Says same delivery but till next day no scene of delivery and above that no way to contact them. Won't go for it again. Had to choose one star as was must

You guys did such a great job with the sugar free cake on my parents anniversary, especially the photo on it was lovely!

The worst service provider, worst customer care support and their responses. Never delivered on time. 2 times i have ordered some gifts but each time they failed. I do not recommend this service provider to anyone to buy anything otherwise in occasion they will ruined your entire day.

Should be ensured to be send behind the bars. They are big criminals looting and defrauding people in online platforms of their monies. I request all who read this review to search for this fraud guy and ensure a legal action against me by filing proper complaints before Police Court of Law. No address! No phone number! No way to contact!

But do not worry Mr. Chhabra will ensure to fetch your all details and bank account in which you kept the looted money and ensure that all innnocent and poor people are compensated of their hard earned money

They take payments and deliver nothing. Just got one random call from customer care who wanted to know what did i order from their site. How can you not know what have a customer ordered and paid you? The best is there was no delivery call and yet they email saying we tried calling the recipient who stays in the same house as mine.

This site is a scam and all the ratings are fake. I placed my order a day before and they did not deliver it. I waited in chat for hours and they did not take my message. My wait time continued to bounce from 25 minutes to 10 minutes then more than an hour. I called the number on their website and it's a bogus number. The number does not work.
The website shows that they take VISA/AMEX/Mastercard but, they don't. My bank's technical team was on the call and they did not see any incoming transaction request.
It is now, 11:15 pm in India and they have changed the status to, "out for delivery" and this status has been since 10:30 pm.
My friends, I strongly recommend that you look for another company that is local in your town who can deliver.
These guys operate from Delhi and look for a local vendor to deliver.
Good luck if you still want to try them.

After reading some of the reviews I felt that it's their common problem. They do false advertising with the statement of delivering the same day and they will even charge you extra money for this. But unfortunately, they will not respond to you once the order will be placed and payment is done. The phone number they have stated on their website has never been reached. Chatbot support is like it doesn't exist.

In a nutshell, this website must be sued in court for a scam. And more than that you gonna ruin your special time if you rely on them.

I was panicked that the flowers would not be delivered at the midnight. Was totally Blown away with your service to have them delivered on time. Thanks!

I paid 1500 for cake and flowers and it is not delivered. Customer support is not reachable. DO NOT ORDER HERE PLEASE
