It was my 3 rd time order with myflowertree I orderd wine combo for someone spl and she was really astonished to get that keep wokin like this guys!
I ordered a plant at around 11AM and 5:26PM got a call from the delivery person who asked for my live location.
After 2 hours and reaching almost near to the delivery place he denied the delivery.
MyFlowerTree also stopped picking up my calls after i asked them to deliver the plant in an hour (for which they had already charged me extra).
This was supposed to be a surprise for my husband. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

The first order was not delivered right and a complaint was raised, then they delivered the correct item after the event was over and marked the second order as completed though the second order was never delivered
Called the call centre and they keep saying they cant help over the phone, lodged a complaint via site on 27th Aug and no outcome till date (5th sept) …sent a message to customer service on chat ane the agent lied saying they sent email when i did not receive and any she actually sent an email at the same time while chatting with me. And the email just said we are looking into it and after few days i git an email saying they will credit my wallet back but they actually did not credit the money back and closed the complaint
CHEATERS, TAkE MONEY AND DONT DELIVER THE PRODUCT

I ordered they didn't delivered, order was cancelled refund won't be sent to original mode of payment. Again ordered becouse money was trapped in there account delivery slot changed by themselves. What is the order status they also don't know. They can't see the order correct status as well they don't know any thing. It's just you have been trapped under there website

Inke gifts Looks little expensive but worthy kyu ki ghar pe delivery hojati hai. For me items delivered are not the same one which I ordered for, but similar to the order.
