This was my first time ordering software and had an issue downloading so called and talked to one of the reps and was able to complete the download without any problems. Rep was very helpful and courteous. Very happy with the software also. Would recommend this company to others! Sue L

Purchased Windows7 Pro with media. Good price, excellent customer service, kept me informed of status including offering an alternative when product shipment was delayed by one day. Well packaged product and efficient service; installation was trouble-free. I had previously purchased from MyChoice SW for the office, now for home desktop, and would make MyChoice my first stop for future sw purchases!

Have bought several programs from them lately. Service is quick and, when I needed more info they were quick to respond and very helpful. Even though their office closes on the weekends and they let you know you may not get your software until Monday morning, I still got mine on a Sunday.

The software was delivered as stated by MyChoice. I appreciate the fact that Office 7 is still available; didn't want to get involved with paying annual subscriptions. I've been contacted several times by MyChoice to make sure the software installed and ran as it should. I've experienced no problems and am happy with the product and customer service.

Attempted to buy Microsoft Office for the Mac. Download wouldn't work. Couldn't make contact with them until sending a complaint email. Customer service phone always rang as busy. Asked for a refund, was told while I didn't have the software, the "key" or license had been activated so no refund. Contacted and asked for a 5 star review! What a joke!

I have ordered software on two occasions from MyChoiceSoftware. I was really nervous the first time about the whole process of doing business with them. At one point I needed tech assistance, and they were everything you would want from a tech department- responsive and knowledgeable!
I didn't think twice about ordering software from them when I built my next computer. They are my "go to" source for software!

The transaction and download and install was simple. I had a problem activating it but it wasn't because of the software. I contacted MyChoice and they promptly gave me the number to call Microsoft and the issue was quickly resolved. Kudos...

I was really needing Microsoft Word 2011 so I could finish my homework on time. I got an email almost immediately after purchasing and even though it was after business hours they sent me the product code. I was able to download without any problems and even two months after my purchase I still have no problems! Would recommend to family and friends.
