My purchase, download, and installation of Microsoft Office 2010 Professional AE was seamless. I had one question prior to installation, which was answered to my satisfaction with a tip provided to call Microsoft to activate the product.
I purchased a license for Office 2010, deliverable via download. Within a few hours I received the installation key via email with instructions for downloading the software. I was very pleased with my purchase experience. I had a few questions about how to install the MS Office software on my new machine. I wasn't certain that I would have internet connectivity from the get go and wanted to be certain that I would not experience difficulties on the download. The person at MyChoiceSoftware to whom I spoke was very courteous and helpful, explaining each step I would need to take with my present machine should the internet connectivity on the new machine not be available right away.

I researched several weeks to find affordable MS software without dealing with one of the many suspicious companies with too good to be prices. I finally settled on MyChoice, and got a great deal. I had to call twice re download and installation (partially my fault, admittedly), but the reps were tremendous and very helpful, no run around, and everything is up and running nicely.
This software is easy to install, and very smooth and using it. I recommend it to those that needs office software for their school or business works.

My recent purchase of Microsoft Office from MyChoice Software was instructive for persistence with an installation. My installation of the software was hung up with entering my Microsoft account. What I thought was my username and password for the Microsoft account would not work and after a call first to MyChoice, then Microsoft customer support, I called MyChoice again. This time the agent simply advised to reregistermy Microsoft account, which proceeded smoothly and my software was easily installed.
