I WISH THERE WAS A BETTER WAY TO BUY AND VERIFY BEFORE I GET A FEEDBACK SURVEY. Needs to be cheaper since it's mostly required for all student/business work.

Fast response to order. Tricky to download. The directions were not what took place when downloading and configure.

It took awhile to receive my download of Office 365 and little direction on where to find the product code but, I figured it out and it works now.

I have always had Microsoft Office products supplied by my employer. I was very nervous about installing a new software licenses by myself. The customer service reps I spoke with were kind & patient with me, and with their assistance I was able to install Microsoft Office 2019. THANK YOU!

I purchased the download version. The download time was a little longer than I expected, but that could have been my network. The activation process was a little confusing, but the support from My Choice was great. But the end result is I have my software installed and running. I would definitely purchase from My Choice again.

I had one obstacle. I have a new computer with a trial version of Office 365. Because of this, My activation code would not work. I called support and an awesome tech named "Dave" talked me through deleting the installed trial software and then activated my new Office Home & Student by phone. I am very happy with my purchase and the excellent support. It would probably be helpful if this info was on the purchase website however that installed Office trials should be deleted before activating the new software.

But my license key would not activate the product. I called the number on the email. The phone was answered quickly by a real person snd he was able to activate it over the phone. He said sometimes activating online can be "tricky".

I liked the comparison feature. When I activated the product it states that it was already used and I had to do a telephone activation. Seems like it was not a original product.
