I purchase the MS Office 2007 yesterday. So far every thing is very good: nice product, easy to install, excellent service and great price. I will think the site first when I need some new software in the future.

Every time I need to replace a computer for my home or my small business, I have to get a new copy of my Office software. I only go to MyChoiceSoftware for this purchase. I have been using them for a couple of years and I have never, ever, had a problem with my purchase or the installation of the software. I am a very happy, satisfied customer.
I ordered a Windows 10 Pro license here previously without incident. Today I needed another and purchased one. Unfortunately on activation, Microsoft read the key as *Home* edition while I had ordered Pro. I contacted MyChoiceSoftware support - on a Saturday - who responded in hours with a replacement key. Would recommend to others and will personally order here again.
Very tentative about downloading anything. Except for the glitch of "product code" being not on my original receipt but immediately before the download instructions (which was a 10 minute waste of time finding), once that was overcome, a no brainer.
Do not buy software from this company! They will resell your product license after selling it to you. The say they only guarantee installation for 30 days. They resold my licenses and made the copies that I purchased through them invalid. DON'T be fooled by the low prices. Save yourself some aggravation and buy your software directly from Microsoft and avoid this SHADDY company. You've been warned!

We were able to confirm your order for the licenses of Office 2016 Professional which was placed on November 18th, 2015. You contacted us on February 13th, 2018 regarding about your issue with re-activating some of those licenses. We mentioned to you that for these licenses, Microsoft only allows one activation on one computer so they will not reactivate once the license key has been claimed. You had contacted us in September of 2016 and March of 2017 letting us know that you had an issue with 2 of the licenses and in good faith, we provided 2 replacements outside of our support window.
My Choice Software guarantees one activation and though the product was outside our 30-day support window, we still did our best in obtaining a replacement license for you from Microsoft. When we attempted reactivation, we received word from Microsoft that the key had already been activated and Microsoft would not allow any additional activations. Usually, the case with this issue is that there have been hardware changes to the computer or a total change of systems, which is not guaranteed by Microsoft's terms and services.
We recommend to our customers that need transfer rights to purchase Open License Products or Office 365 products.

I love Microsoft Office, don't know what I would do without it in my life. This was super easy. They sent me an email with basic steps and it was fast to download.

The instructions you sent were helpful. I already had a Microsoft Live ID, and Windows 10, which made it even easier. So, the installation was so easy.

Software was sent in a fast manner but I bought two one cost $9.99 the other $14.99. It appears to be the same software for two different prices. They have great prices on a lot of software.
I had no problems reviewing and purchasing my Office 365 software from MyChoiceSoftware! It was very easy to review and compare software apps. I then selected and purchased the app type I wanted and downloaded to my laptop without a problem!
