Tried to get details from "adviser" on trades that didn't make sense. Got bumped to another "adviser". Been through 5 "advisers" so far and no answer. I said I want to close my account and asked for full disclosure of fees, and whether or not I have to pay them up front (send them more money (not happening)), or they will deduct it from the account prior to sending me the money.
