I asked for my assignment to be done in parts and detailed how it should be done but because they care more about getting your money, no one took time to actually read what i had requested to be done. The half payment i gave covered part 1 of 3 of my assignment and when i told them that that part was incomplete, they wanted me to pay the full price. I asked for a refund then because how do I trust that the next 2 parts which were to be built on it would be accurate. They insisted I pay full price, and the customer service agent i spoke to was very rude to me on the phone and did not even let me explain my problem to him. Overall bad experience and would not recommend them. Better half a loss than a full one i guess.
