I'm kind of a difficult customer, I have emailed them several times asking all sorts of questions after I had submitted my first order. I asked them to Ship things separately or with other orders to get the in Stock items faster rather than waiting for the tailored items to be done. They have always been helpful and obliging. I received high quality clothing each time and if you use DHL the shipping i's super fast. It's more expensive but worth the money. I had to change the size on my second order after I receive my first because I realized there isn't a whole lot of difference between sizes and she swapped it right away. I'm small but busty which means anything on top that doesn't stretch has to be a large, but bottoms or stretchy things I wear a small. I ordered a top that was too small because of this and asked about return, she said it wouldnt be cost effective for me to return it (paying return shipping) but offered me a discount to reorder the shirt in the correct size. Linda has gone above and beyond to help me. I have spent $700+ on their site and have been nothing but happy.

I have ordered from this site 3 times, and have been very happy every time. When I had any questions they replied quickly on mail. Everything i bought fit me perfectly and had good quality. WIth every package the seller sent me a little candy, sweet gesture. Delivery took a month, as predicted since many stores/sites from China send their packages in containers. They wont send the pakcage until the containers get full loaded. I think it is because it is cheaper for the seller or something. So if you are in a hurry, you have to buy from the "shipping today" section on the site. Or else it will take a month before you get your stuff.

While my initial experience with my-lolita-dress was quite poor, I was contacted saying that the email stating I would have to pay full price for the JSK was a mistake. They said that I would only have to pay the shipping if I were to exchange the OP for the JSK. Since they were willing to pay return shipping for the OP, I had the idea that I could pay the JSK price while they could pay shipping, then I could sell the OP online to make back the lost money. They agreed to my idea, so we ultimately came up with a solution to satisfy both of our needs. I can't still say that I would never buy from my-lolita-dress again, but I think I would try other sites first considering the wild ride it's been up to this point. The customer service tried to be helpful, but spending your money here is still a bit of a risk.
