Great product just too expensive.
The website was easy to use in my opinion as a first time user.

Original order included 3 taps M1.6x0.2 and one die M1.7x0.2.
Only the die arrived and my forwarder asked me to inquire with you about the remaining items.
Kathleen House from mutual Screw informs me that the taps are out of stock and offers me a refund.
I can not make use of the refund because my forwarder has a 25USD fee for administrative costs.
Now my forwarder informs me that the 3 taps arrived.
Despite the mess, I am happy that everything will be delivered.

I paid almost as much for shipping as I did for the product,and that was for ground shipping.
Software could be better. At the start it wanted an email address but didn't tell me it wanted an email address till I put in something else.
I ordered 4 diamond grit hole saws of various sizes. When package came only one was in order. No mention on web site or invoice that any were backordered. I have contacted Mutual screw via email.
Being on west coast they (of course) are closed.
If they haven't shipped yet I'll cancel and get the others from Home Depot as the remaining sizes are common sizes.
Also, the invoice came via email under one of the employee's name not the name of the company. In this day and age of hackers etc. I seldom look at emails that I don't recognize. It was just luck that I spotted it and opened it
