THE TOOL DOESN'T CUT TO WITHIN THE TOLERANCE ZONE OF THE PITCH DIAMETER IT SPECIFIES. SHIPPING WAS TIMELY AND THE PRICE WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT IF THE TOOL DID WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO DO.
