Only thing I would change is having the price of the shipment on the invoice that came with the box.
Thought there was a problem with the order and delivery. Customer service got back to me promptly and said that "Alex" had signed for it that morning. Problem was, our shipping and receiving guy is named "Phil". Because of the quick response I was able to track the problem to the building across the street and we retrieved the package and got back on track.
Product received was as expected.
It was very easy to order the mungo bolts I purchased. I had a question and call Mutual Screw and the sales rep. Was very helpful. I am happy with the product, but the only thing is I think the price per unit is very expensive. I paid $5.40 per mungo bolt, that is really extreme.
