My overall experience with Mutual Screw was not good for the first time doing business. I was told by Dave if I placed my order online it will ship right away which it didn't. I had to call you guys and somehow I was told the order was not sent to the warehouse. I offered to pick it up at your warehouse and Bre gave me the address which come to find out it was the wrong place. I had to reroute my driver to head out to another city where you warehouse was located. Overall not a good experience. Thank you.
